بررسی میزان عمل به هنجارهای اسلامی توسط دانش‌آموزان پسر دوره متوسطه از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران مدارس و ارائه راهکارهای عملی

هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی میزان عمل به هنجارهای اسلامی توسط دانش‌ آموزان پسر دوره متوسطه از دیدگاه معلمان و مدیران مدارس است. همچنین ارایه راهکارهای عملی جهت تشویق دانش‌ آموزان به عمل و رعایت هنجارهای اسلامی از اهداف دیگر پژوهش می باشد. با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و اهداف پژوهش، روش پژوهش ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی است. از آنجا که این پژوهش ترکیبی بوده برای مرحله کیفی، نمونه ای به تعداد 16 نفر صاحب نظر و 15 نفر دانش آموز جهت انجام مصاحبه، به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کمی شامل کلیه معلمان، مدیران و معاونان مدارس متوسطه دوم شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 95- 1394 بوده است که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد 270 نفر ازمعلمان، مدیران و معاونان مدارس متوسطه دوم با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیدند. ابزارهای جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته در دو فرم (صاحب نظران، دانش آموزان) و در بخش کمی مقیاس درجه بندی معلمان، مدیران و معاونان بود که در بخش کمی با استفاده از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی( آزمون t تک نمونه ای) و در بخش کیفی با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که از نظر معلمان، مدیران و معاونان مدارس، دانش‌ آموزان پسر مدارس متوسطه دوم، در حد بالاتراز متوسط به هنجارهای اسلامی در ابعاد پوشش و وضع ظاهری، رعایت شعائر دینی، رعایت ادب و احترام به مدیر، معلمان و سایر کارکنان مدرسه، رعایت حسن اخلاق و رفتار با سایر دانش‌ آموزان، رعایت بهداشت و پاکیزه نگهداشتن فضای مدرسه و عدم قصور و سهل ‌انگاری نسبت به وظایف خود عمل می نمایند. همچنین یافته ‌های حاصله نشان داد که از نظر معلمان، مدیران و معاونان مدارس، احترام گذاشتن معلمان و مدیران و کارکنان مدرسه به دانش‌ آموزان به عنوان الگوی رفتاری، ترویج احترام به مقام معلم در خانواده و رسانه‌ های محلی و ملی، افزایش آگاهی دانش‌ آموزان در خصوص اخلاق اسلامی از طریق آموزش مداوم خانواده و مدرسه، آگاه نمودن دانش‌ آموزان از وظایف خود توسط خانواده و مدرسه، از مهم ترین راهکارهای عملی تشویق دانش‌ آموزان به عمل و رعایت هنجارهای اسلامی بوده است.

Investigating the Extent to Which the Islamic Norms Are Parcticed by the Male Students in High School from the Teachers’ and School Principals’ Viewpoints and Providing Practical Solutions

This main purpose of this paper is to investigate the extent to which the Islamic norms are parcticed by male students in sinor high school from the teachers rsquo; and school principals rsquo; viewpoints. Its other purpose is to provide some practical solutions so that it can encourage students to practice and observe the Islamic norms. Considering the nature of the subject and the objectives of the study, the research method is a combination of exploratory type. Thus, for the qualitative stage, a sample of 16 experts and 15 students were selected for the interview by using the targeted sampling method. The statistical population of this study in the quantitative phase included all teachers, principals and deputies of the senior high schools in Tehran in the academic year 2015 2016. Based on the Kerjesi and Morgan table, 270 subjects were selected from among teachers, principals and deputies of senior high schools by random cluster sampling method. The necessary data collection tool of the qualitative phase was a semi structured interview in two levels (of experts and students) and the tool of the quantitative stage was the scale for gradation of the teachers, principals and deputies. In the quantitative phase, the data were analyzed using the descriptive and inferential statistics (single sample t test); and in the qualitative section, the data were analyzed using open, central and selective coding. The results showed that from the viewpoint of teachers and school principals and deputies, male students of senior high schools, observe above average the Islamic norms in dimensions of dress and appearance, respect for religious rites, etiquette and respect for principals, teachers and others school staff, respect for ethics and good behavior with other students, observing the hygiene and cleanliness of the school space, and not neglecting their duties. The findings also showed that from the viewpoint of teachers, school principals and deputies, respecting students by the teachers, principals and school staff as a pattern of behavior, promoting respect for the teacher in the family and local and national media, increasing students rsquo; awareness about Islamic ethics through continuous education of family and school, and informing students about their duties by family and school are among the most important practical solutions to encourage students to practice and observe Islamic norms.
