آماده سازی و بررسی شاخص‌های روایی و پایایی مقیاس درجه‌بندی رفتار اخلاقی دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش آماده سازی، اجرای مقدماتی و بررسی شاخص‌های روان‌سنجی مقیاس درجه بندی رفتار اخلاقی دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه است . به منظور دستیابی به این هدف، ابتدامتن انگلیسی سوالات مقیاس درجه بندی رفتار اخلاقی به فارسی ترجمه شد و پس از کسب اطمینان از صحت ترجمه، به منظور کنترل درستی ترجمه، به طور معکوس از فارسی به انگلیسی برگردان شد. پس از رفع اشکالات و اطمینان از صحت ترجمه ، متن نهایی ، در اختیار 6 تن از دبیران دروس دین و زندگی، علوم اجتماعی (جامعه شناسی) و روان‌شناسی و همینطور صاحب نظران این سه حوزه قرارگرفت و بر اساس نظرات این گروه از کارشناسان و متخصصان ویرایش لازم انجام شد. سپس از بین کلیه دانش آموزان دختر پایه اول و دوم مدارس متوسطه دوم آموزش و پرورش منطقه 8 تهران ، 368 دانش آموز که در قالب 12 کلاس درس سازماندهی شده بودند، با استفاده ازروش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند و از معلم هرکدام از کلاس‌های گروه نمونه خواسته شد مقیاس درجه بندی رفتار اخلاقی را برای تک تک دانش آموزان هرکلاس به طور انفرادی، تکمیل کند. پس از گردآوری اطلاعات، داده‌های حاصله با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های حاصله نشان داد که سوالات مقیاس روی دو عامل عمده که مجموعاً‌59/58 درصد واریانس کل را تبیین می کند. از طرف دیگر بررسی تفاوت های گروهی به عنوان یکی دیگر از شواهد روایی سازه نشان داد که از نظر معلمان، بین رفتار اخلاقی دانش آموزان پایه اول و پایه دوم متوسطه، تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد که به نفع دانش آموزان پایه دوم است ، همینطور از نظر معلمان بین رفتار اخلاقی دانش آموزان پایه دوم متوسطه رشته ریاضی و علوم انسانی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد که به نفع دانش آموزان دوم ریاضی است . پایایی مقیاس از طریق روشهای آزمون مجدد، همسانی درونی( آلفای کرونباخ) و همبستگی بین درجه بندی کنندگان معنی دار محاسبه شد.این نتایج حاکی از آن است که مقیاس درجه‌بندی رفتار اخلاقی، ابزار مناسبی برای درجه‌بندی رفتار اخلاقی دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه است و با اطمینان می‌توان از آن برای درجه بندی رفتاراخلاقی دانش آموزان دوره متوسطه دوم استفاده کرد.

Preparation and Evaluation of Validity and Reliability Indices of High School Students’ Ethical Behavior Rating Scale

This study aims to prepare, conduct preliminary implementation, and examine the psychometric indicators of the Ethical Behavior Rating Scale for female high school students. In order to achieve this goal, the English questions of the Ethical Behavior Rating Scale were translated into Farsi. After editing the translation and ensuring its accuracy, the final text was offered to 6 teachers of the textbooks Din va Zendegi (Religion and Life), ʻUloom Ejtemaʻi (Social Sciences) and Ravanshenasi (Psychology), as well as to the experts in these three fields, and according to the opinions of this group of experts and specialists, the necessary edition of the questions was done. Then, from among all female students in the grade 1 and the grade 2 at the secondgrade senior high school in district 8 of Tehran, 368 students who had been organized in the 12 classrooms were selected through cluster random sampling method, and the teachers of each class the sample groups, were asked to complete questions of the Ethical Behavior Rating Scale for each student in each class individually. After collecting information, the obtained data were analyzed through factor analysis. The findings showed that these scale questions are mainly focused on two factors, which together explain 59.58% of the total variance. On the other hand, the study of group differences as another evidence of construct validity showed that, from the teachers rsquo; point of view, there is a significant difference between the ethical behavior of the firstgrade junior and the secondgrade senior high school students, which is in the secondgrade senior high school students rsquo; favor. Furthermore, according to teacher rsquo;s opinion, there is a significant difference between the ethical behavior of the secondgrade senior high school students in mathematics and the ethical behavior of the secondgrade senior high school students in humanities, which is in the secondgrade senior high school mathematics students rsquo; favor. The reliability of the scale was calculated through retest methods, Cronbachchr('39')s alpha internal consistency, and correlation between significant graders. These findings indicate that the Ethical Behavior Rating Scale is a suitable tool for rating the ethical behavior of high school students and this scale can be used confidently so as to rate the ethical behavior of the secondgrade senior high school students.
