ارتقاء هوش اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان متوسطه اول در درس کار و فنّاوری

هوش اخلاقی از مهم‌ترین سازه‌های اثرگذار بر تقویت تاب‌آوری و بالندگی در شرایط دشوار به‌شمار می‌رود. شواهد گسترده‌ای از کاهش چشمگیر کیفیت اخلاق بین‌فردی در روابط اجتماعی دانش‌آموزان حکایت می‌کند. این پژوهش با هدف استفاده از ظرفیت شگرف‌ روش‌ اقدام پژوهی در ارتقای هوش اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان متوسطه اول، انجام شد؛ بدین‌منظور در قالب 3 اقدام مستقل و مرتبط، میزان تاثیر مداخلات طراحی‌شده و تغییرپذیری هوش اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه هوش اخلاقی لنیک، کیل و جُردن (lennick, kiel, jordan, 2011)، استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده در بررسی وضعیت اولیه دانش‌آموزان و سه اقدام بکارگرفته شده، از آزمون ویلکاکسون استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان‌داد که در طی سه اقدام انجام شده، مداخله‌های پژوهشگران، زمینه تغییر در باورهای اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان و در نتیجه بهبود روابط اخلاقی‌شان را در سطح (p<0.01) فراهم نموده است. همچنین تحلیل یادداشت‌های هفتگی و مشاهدات انجام‌شده‌، نشان داد که در مولفه‌های مورد بررسی، هوش اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان ارتقاء یافته است. به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان داد می‌توان از روش اقدام پژوهی، برای تغییر و بهبود در محیط‌های آموزشی و به ویژه ارتقای عملکرد عاملان انسانی، استفاده کرد.

Promotion of the first high school students' moral intelligence in the work and technology lesson

Moral intelligence is one of the most influential structures in enhancing toleration and Development in difficult situations. There is a widespread evidence of a significant decline in the quality of interpersonal ethics in student social relationships. In this research that stage, with the aim of using the great potential of the action research method in promoting moral intelligence of the first high school students, it was attempted to , Students' ethical intelligence will be promoted through an actionoriented approach and in the form of three independent and related actions. Data were collected using Lennick, Kiel Jordan 's moral intelligence Inventory (2011). For data analysis, collected data two levels of primary status of students and three applied were used by the Wilcoxon test. Findings indicate that the interventions of researchers have changed the moral beliefs of students and improved the students' moral relationships through three steps (p<0.01). Also, weekly notes and observations from researchers indicate that students have promoted their moral intelligence. In general, could be used of the action research method, showed that the capacity of this method to change and improve in educational settings, and in particular the promotion of the performance of human actors.
