تعیین راهبردهای ارتقاء بهره‌وری آموزش عمومی قرآن(روخوانی، حفظ، درک معنا و انس)

قرآن کاملترین و بهترین برنامۀ زندگی برای انسان‌هایی است که همواره به دنبال آموختن و یادگیری بوده و تعلیم و تربیت از ارزشمندترین اعمال نزد آنان است، از این رو، در اهداف کلی نظام آموزشی به ضرورت یادگیری قرآن به‌طور خاص توجه شده است. در این راستا هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه راهبردهایی به منظور ارتقای بهره‌‌وری آموزش عمومی قرآن است. تحقق هدف پژوهش در قالب چهار هدف جزئی(توانایی خواندن قرآن، درک معنای آیات، حفظ و انس با قرآن) دنبال شده است. به منظور تحقق اهداف فوق، از روش پژوهش کیفی(مطالعه اسنادی، مصاحبه و بارش فکری) استفاده شده است. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی انجام شده و جامعه آماری مورد بررسی در بخش مصاحبه، شامل کارشناسان حوزه علوم قرآنی و در بخش پژوهش اسنادی شامل تمامی اسناد، مدارک، کتب و پیشینه‌های موجود همچون مقالات، طرح‌ها و کارهای پژوهشی بوده است، که از طریق جستجو در پایگا‌های علمی، کتابخانه‌ها، اسناد موجود در ادارات و سازمان‌های مرتبط با موضوع پژوهش به دست آمدند. نمونه‌گیری در بخش اسنادی به‌صورت تعمدی صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده از کدگذاری اشتراوس استفاده گردید. درنهایت مقوله‌های حاصل از کدگذاری در جلسات بارش فکری توسط متخصصان علوم‌قرآنی و آموزش قرآن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. راهبردهای به دست آمده شامل 83 مورد بود که در نهایت به توصیه اساتید و متخصصان این حوزه همگی این موارد با سند بالادستی در حوزه آموزش عمومی قرآن یعنی سند راهبردی آموزش عمومی قرآن مورد انطباق قرار گرفت و تعداد 24 مورد به عنوان راهبردهای نهایی تایید شدند. در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد محور قرار دادن سند راهبردی آموزش عمومی قرآن، توسط آموزش و پرورش و تلاش در راستای ایجاد تمهیدات لازم جهت عملیاتی نمودن هرچه سریع‌تر اقدام‌های مرتبط با سند، می‌تواند بزرگترین گام در راستای ارتقاء بهره‌وری آموزش قرآن باشد.

Determine the strategies for improving the efficiency of the general education of the Quran (reading, recite, comprehend, meaning)

The Quran is the most complete and best life plan for people who have always sought to learn, and education and it has been most valuable act for them. Hence, in the general goals of educational system, special attention has been paid to the necessity of learning the Quran. Present study seeks to provide a strategy to improve efficiency in general education of the Qur'an. The purpose of this study follwed in four minor goals: the ability to read the Quran, comprehend the meaning of the verses, and recite and familiarity to the holy Quran. In order to achieve the above objectives, qualitative research method (documentary study, interview and brainstorming) has been used. Sampling was done purposefully and in snowball method and the statistical population in the interview section has been included experts in the field of Quranic sciences and in documentary study section, the population has included all the documents, books, and available literature reviews, such as articles, projects and research papers, which were obtained through search in the scientific stations, libraries, and documents in the agencies and organizations related to the subject matter of the research. Sampling in documentary study section was in purposive method. For analyzing the information obtained, coding method has been used. The results of the discussion were analyzed by experts in Quranic science and education. The obtained strategies consisted of 83 cases, which ultimately with professors and experts advise all of which were adapted to the upstream document in the field of general education of the Quran, the General Document of the Quran, and 24 were approved as the final strategies.Totality, The results of this study showed basis of the Quranic General Education Strategic Document Conventions, by education and efforts to create the necessary arrangements to implement documentrelated measures as quickly as possible, can be the greatest step towards enhancing the efficiency of Quranic education.
