ارائه نظریه داده بنیاد برای تبیین فرایندهای جاری تربیت اخلاقی در مدارس متوسطه شهر تهران

هدف اصلی این پژوهش تبیین فرآیندهای جاری تربیت اخلاقی در مدارس دوره دوم متوسطه ‌است. بدین منظور 12 نفر از معلمان دوره دوم متوسطه، با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری ملاکی و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از فن مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند استفاده شد و در کنار آن، یادداشت‌های میدانی نیز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. مرور و مقایسه متوالی داده‌های گردآوری شده، به استخراج 24 زیرمقوله و 8 مقوله‌ی اصلی منتج شد. تحلیل ساختار فرایندهای جاری تربیت اخلاقی در مدارس متوسطه، منجر به شکل‌گیری نظریه میانی شد. نتایج نشان داد که کم‌توجهی مدارس نسبت به تربیت اخلاقی دانش‌آموزان و در اولویت‌ قرار ندادن آن به عنوان پدیده‌محوری مطالعه‌ حاضر، زمینه‌ای مناسب برای بروز پیامد‌هایی نامناسبی نظیر شکل‌گیری روحیه لذت محوری افراطی در دانش‌آموزان، بروز اخلاق ابزاری و انفعال و بدبینی متولیان مدرسه فراهم می‌نماید. در این مقاله، نحوه شکل‌گیری نظریه میانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است

Introducing a Grounded Theory for Explaining the Current Processes of Moral Training for the Secondary School Students of Tehran City

The main purpose of this paper is to explain the current processes of moral training for the upper secondary school students. For this purpose, 12 secondary school teachers were selected by criterion sampling, targeted sampling, and snowball sampling structured interview technique was used to collect data; moreover, methods. Semi field notes were also taken by the researchers. Continuous reviewing and comparing of the collected data resulted in the extraction of 24 subcategories and 8 main categories. The analysis of the structure of the current processes of moral training in the secondary schools led to the formation of a middle range theory. The results showed that the negligence of school authorities towards students rsquo; moral training and not prioritizing it as a central phenomenon provided a suitable background for oriented spirit in adverse consequences such as the formation of extreme pleasure students, the emergence of instrumental ethics, and the inactivity and pessimism of school administrators.
