تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های رشد معنوی انسان و تحلیل آن در محتوای سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش ایران

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین ابعاد و مولفه های رشد معنوی انسان و تحلیل آن در محتوای سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش ایران است. روش پژوهش توصیفی شامل؛ تحلیل اسنادی و نیز تحلیل محتوا بود و رویکرد آن نیز کاربردی محسوب می گردد. جامعه تحلیلی، شامل دو بخش؛ متون مرتبط با ابعاد و مولفه های رشد معنوی انسان و متن سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش، مصوب آذر ماه 1390 می باشد که با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و محدودیت جامعه پژوهشی، از نمونه گیری صرف نظر شده و کل جامعه آماری مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. ابزارهای اندازه گیری، فرم فیش برداری و نیز سیاهه تحلیل محتوای محقق ساخته بود. داده های اسنادی به شیوه کیفی با استفاده از شاخص های توصیفی در فرایند آنتروپی شانون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. عمده ترین یافته های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که: چارچوب مفهومی رشد معنوی انسان را می توان براساس مدارک و مستندات مرتبط در 3 بُعد و 29 مولفه تدوین نمود. میزان تراکم توجه به رشد معنوی در بخش هدف های عملیاتی و راهکارها با 70 فراوانی و 41/7 درصد زیاد و در بخش بیانیه ماموریت با 2 فراوانی و 1/2 درصد بسیار کم می باشد. در بین ابعاد مورد بررسی، بعد اخلاق با میزان بار اطلاعاتی 0/839 و ضریب اهمیت 0/373 بیشترین توجه را به خود اختصاص داده است، این در حالی است که به بعد تعقل با میزان بار اطلاعاتی 0/670 و ضریب اهمیت 0/298 کمتر توجه شده است.

Explaining the Dimensions and Components of Human Spiritual Growth and its Analysis in Terms of Iran’s Education Fundamental Reform Document

Objective: The aim in this research is to explain the dimensions and components of human spiritual growth and analyze it in terms of Iran rsquo;s Education Fundamental Reform Document. Method: The research method is descriptive and includes document analysis and content analysis, and it has a practical approach. The population of the study consisted of two parts: the documents related to dimensions and components of human spiritual growth as well as the Education Fundamental Reform Document, enacted in November 2011. Based on the nature of this study and due to the limited number of the statistical population, the whole population was selected and analyzed. The instrumentation comprised a researcher -made content analysis checklist. The data were analyzed qualitatively using descriptive indicators in Shannon entropy process. Findings: The major findings of this research are as follow: a) Based on the existing evidence and related documents, the conceptual framework of human spiritual growth can be categorized into three dimensions and 29 components. b) On the whole, human spiritual growth components have been referred to 168 times, with the high frequency of 41.7% in the ldquo;operational objectives and remedies rdquo; section and the low frequency of 1.2% in the ldquo;mission statement rdquo;. C) Among these dimensions, ldquo;morality rdquo; with the information load rate of 0.839 and the importance coefficient of 0.373 received the most attention, whereas ldquo;reasoning rdquo; was paid the least attention with the information load rate of 0.670 and the importance coefficient of 0.298.
