تحلیل سبک مدیریت جهادی ستاد پشتیبانی و امداد امام در شهرهای جنگ‌زده به عنوان توسعه الگویی بومی برای آینده (مورد مطالعه: کمیته انقلاب اسلامی)

یکی از غنی‌ترین مفاهیم و الگوهای مدیریتی مطرح در راستای تمدن اسلامی، سبک مدیریت جهادی ستاد پشیبانی و امداد امام در شهرهای جنگ زده 8 سال دوران دفاع مقدس است. همان‌گونه که در دوران دفاع مقدس حماسه‌های بی‌نظیر و ماندگار دیده شد و مقا م معظم رهبری، بارها از آن به‌عنوان الگوی مدیریت کارآمد و راهگشا برای حل مشکلات آینده کشور نام برده‌اند. در شرایط کنونی و برای مقابله با تحریم‌ها و تحقق گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی می‌توان از این الگو استفاده کرد. این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی و تحلیل مدیریت جهادی مبتنی بر عملکرد ستاد عملکرد ستاد پشتیبانی و امداد امام(کارکنان کمیته انقلاب اسلامی) در شهرهای جنگ‌زده به عنوان توسعه الگویی برای آینده است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف اکتشافی است و روش آن توصیفی – تحلیلی می باشد. شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها نیز تحلیل و بررسی مصاحبه‌ها (با فرماندهان و کارکنان کمیته انقلاب اسلامی، کمیته امداد امام( و منابع مکتوب از جمله کتاب خطرات سرخ(1و2) تاریخی شفاهی ستاد پشیبانی و امدام امام(ره)، مقالات و اسناد موجود در ارتباط با مدیریت جهادی و سیره فرماندهان دفاع مقدس بوده است. با بررسی و تحلیل داده‌ها، مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهند و فراگیر به دست آمد. سبک مدیریت جهادی ستاد پشتیبانی و امداد نجات در شهرهای جنگ‌زده با تاکید بر کمیته انقلاب اسلامی بر اساس سه شاخص ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، ویژگی‌های مدیریتی و ویژگی‌های رهبری ارائه می‌کند که با استفاده از از آن، می‌توان گام مهمی در مسیر طراحی الگوهای بومی برای آینده برداشت.

analysis of jihadi management style of imam support and relief headquarters in war-torn cities as the development of a local model for the future (case study: islamic revolution committee)

as unique and enduring epics were seen during the holy defense period, and the supreme leadership has repeatedly mentioned it as a model of efficient management and a way forward for solving the country’s future problems. in the current situation, this model can be used to deal with sanctions and realize the second step of the islamic revolution. this research seeks to identify and analyze jihadi management based on the performance of the imam support and relief headquarters (islamic revolution committee employees) in war-torn cities as a development model for the future. this research is exploratory in terms of its purpose and its method is descriptive-analytical. the method of data collection is also the analysis and review of interviews (with commanders and employees of the islamic revolution committee, the imam relief committee) and written sources such as the book of red dangers (1 and 2), the oral history of the peshibani and imam imam (ra) headquarters, articles and documents related to jihadi management and the life of commanders of defense have been sacred. by examining and analyzing the data, the basic, organizing and inclusive themes were obtained. the style of jihadi management of the support and rescue headquarters in war-torn cities with emphasis on the islamic revolution committee based on three indicators of personality characteristics. it provides management qualities and leadership qualities that can be used to take an important step towards designing indigenous patterns for the future.
