پویش قدرت نرم در سیاست دفاعی امام‌خمینی(ره) طی دوران دفاع مقدس

با آغاز تهاجم نظامی عراق علیه ایران، همان‌گونه که انقلاب ‌اسلامی با رهبری امام‌خمینی(ره) به پیروزی رسیده بود در دفاع مقدس نیز مدیریت آن با رهنمودهای ایشان ادامه یافت. وی اصل دفاع در برابر تجاوز را تبعیت از حکم خدا عنوان نموده و دفاع در برابر این جنگ تحمیلی را نه یک جنگ تهاجمی بلکه دفاع از کشور و بالاتر از آن، دفاع از اسلام تلقی و دفاع از اسلام را یک اصل واجب و یک تکلیف شرعی دانستند. سئوال اصلی مقاله این است که «پویش قدرت‌نرم بنیان‌گذار جمهوری اسلامی ایران در دوران دفاع مقدس چگونه بوده است؟» فرضیه مقاله مدعی است که ایشان ضمن تشریح علل جنگ و ضرورت دفاع به طرح شعارهای اصولی در جنگ پرداخته و مولفه‌های راهبرد سیاست دفاعی را مبتنی بر قدرت‌نرم شکل داده است. خطوط اصلی سیاست‌های امام(ره)، متاثر از محورهایی شامل؛ «اندیشه فقهی امام(ره) در باب جهاد در اسلام»، «تجربه تاریخی امام(ره) از رفتار نظام سلطه و استکبار درکشورهای اسلامی و ایران» ، «شناخت ایشان از صدام حسین و نظام بعث عراق» و «اظهارات و اقدامات عراقی‌ها علیه ایران پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی» است. این پژوهش با روش کیفی و تکنیک کتابخانه‌ای، تفکر سیاسی دفاعی امام(ره) در برابر تهدیدات را بررسی نموده و دفاع در برابر مهاجم با هدف بازدارندگی در مقابل حمله دشمن را در سه مولفه «اندیشه فقهی امام‌خمینی(ره) در باب جهاد در اسلام»، «تجربه تاریخی امام‌خمینی(ره) از رفتار نظام سلطه و استکبار در کشورهای اسلامی و ایران» و «برجسته‌سازی«دفاع‌مقدس» جهت «صدور ارزش‌های انقلاب»» بازشناسی کرده است.

the campaign of soft power in the defense policy of imam khomeini (ra) during the holy defense era

with the beginning of iraq’s military invasion, the management of the holy defense continued with imam khomeini’s guidelines. he stated that the principle of defense against aggression is obedience to god’s order and defense against this imposed war is the defense of pure islam and an obligatory principle and a shari’a duty. the main question of the article is how was the soft power campaign of the founder of the islamic republic of iran during the holy defense era? the hypothesis of the article is that, while explaining the causes of war and the necessity of defense, he has formulated the basic slogans in the war of initiative and the components of the defense policy based on soft power. the main lines of imam’s policies, influenced by; imam’s (ra) jurisprudential thought about jihad in islam, imam’s (ra) historical experience of the behavior of the system of domination and arrogance in islamic countries and iran, his understanding of saddam hussein and the ba’ath system of iraq and statements and actions of iraqis against iran after the victory of the islamic revolution. this research, with qualitative method, examines the defense policy of imam (ra) against threats and defense against the attacker with the aim of confronting it in three components: imam khomeini’s (ra) jurisprudential thought about jihad in islam, imam khomeini’s historical experience has recognized the behavior of the system of domination and arrogance in islamic countries and iran, prominence of holy defense in order to issue the values of the revolution.
