شناسایی و طبقه بندی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای در آموزه‌های مکتب سلیمانی

این مقاله با هدف بازشناسی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای از منظر شهید سلیمانی انجام‌گرفته و از روش تحلیلی- توصیفی استفاده شده است. حوزه پژوهش، کیفی از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نوع تحلیل، اسنادی است. به منظور گردآوری داده‌های لازم برای پاسخگویی به سوال‌های پژوهش، کلیه اسناد و مدارک موجود و مرتبط با موضوع حاضر با استفاده از فرم گردآوری داده‌ها، جمع‌آوری و با شیوۀ کیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفته است. از 4 منبع مورد ارزیابی، 218 مفهوم شناسایی و اخذ شده است که با تفکیک و دسته‌بندی این مفاهیم و شناسایی وجه مشترک و افتراق آنها تعداد 10 خرده مفهوم و سپس در طی کدگذاری انتخابی، 4 مولفۀ اصلی شناسایی شد که عبارتند از:. اخلاق فردی (انعطاف پذیری، همدلی، جاذبۀ عمیق)، اخلاق وظیفه‌گرایانه (تعهد، الهام بخشی، شفافیت ارتباطی)، اخلاق حقوقی (پردازش متوازان، چشم‌انداز اخلاقی)، اخلاق عدالتی (چشم‌انداز مشارکت، برون‌گرایی) و نتیجتا با ارائۀ الگوی عملی شناسایی ابعاد شخصیتی شهید حاج قاسم سلیمانی با هدف حفظ و آموزش چنین ویژگی‌های ارزشمندی به نسل های آینده سرزمینمان، ایران، این پژوهش انجام گرفت.

identification and classification of the elements of professional ethic in the teachings of the soleimani’s doctrine

this paper was coducted to recognize the elements of professional ethic from the perspective of shahid soleimani by applying analytical-descriptive method. the field of the research is qualitative in terms of purpose, applicable, and it is documentary in the type of analysis. in order to gather the necessary data to answer the research questions, all the available documents related to the present topic have been collected utilizing the data collection approach and have been analyzed in a qualitative manner. from the four evaluated sources, concepts have been identified and obtained, which by classification and 218 categorizing these concepts and identifying their commonalities and differences, sub-concepts 10 were investigated, and then during selective coding process, four principle components including: (a) personal morality (flexibility, empathy, and deep attraction), (b) task-oriented morality (commitment, inspiration, and communicative transparency), (c) legal morality (balanced processing, moral perspective), and (d) justice morality (participation perspective, extroversion) were identified. eventually, this research was conducted by presenting the practical pattern of identifying the personality dimensions of the martyr haj qasem soleimani with the goal of preserving and teaching such valuable traits to the future generations of our territory, iran.
