واکاوی نقش روحانیون در تقویت ساختار نیروهای مسلح با تاکید بر اندیشه امام خامنه ای(مدظله العالی)

نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران امروز در نگاه مردم یک نیروی مسلح توانمند، ولایی و مردمی است. روحانیون به عنوان یکی از اساسی‌ترین تکالیف خود در تقویت از انقلاب و نظام اسلامی نقش محوری داشته‌اند. صرف داشتن قدرت نظامی نیروهای مسلح نمی‌تواند سبب موفقیت و پیروزی باشد، اقتدار و موفقیت در کنار تجهیزات و نیروهای نظامی با سلاح ایمان و از خودگذشتگی که توسط روحانیون ایجاد شد باعث تقویت ساختار نیروهای مسلح گردید. پرسش این است که نقش روحانیون در تقویت ساختار نیروهای مسلح با تاکید بر اندیشه امام خامنه‌ای چیست؟ پژوهشگران با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، با نرم افزار maxqda داده‌های حاصل از سخنان امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله العالی) را مفهوم‌سازی کرده و بر اساس این مفاهیم، مضامین اولیه شامل راه درست را شناختن، تیزبین بودن، تعالی فرهنگ، شناخت واقعی، عدم بی‌انضباطی، پرکاری، پیگیری، همت جهادی، حرکت رو به جلو، درایت و قضاوت سیاسی احصاء گردید. سپس مضامین سازمان‌دهنده شامل آگاهی، زیرکی، معرفت، بینش، خستگی‌ناپذیری، علوهمت، روحیه امید، عزم، اراده، فراست و تدبیر به دست آمد. در نهایت، با ترکیب و ادغام مضامین فراگیر نزدیک به هم پنج عامل روحیه بصیرت، ترویج ارزش‌های اخلاقی، حفظ روحیه جهادی، حضور در صحنه و شناسائی خطوط فتنه و توطئه استخراج گردید.

today, the armed forces of the islamic republic of iran are a powerful, provincial and popular armed force in the eyes of the people. clergymen, as one of their most basic tasks, have played a pivotal role in strengthening the islamic revolution and system. just having the military power of the armed forces cannot be the cause of success and victory, the authority and success along with the equipment and military forces with the weapon of faith and self-sacrifice created by the clerics strengthened the structure of the armed forces. the question is, what is the role of clerics in strengthening the structure of the armed forces by emphasizing the thought of imam khamenei? using the method of thematic analysis, the researchers conceptualized the data obtained from the speeches of imam khamenei (madazla al-ali) with the maxqda software, and based on these concepts, the primary themes include knowing the right path, being sharp, and the excellence of culture. , real knowledge, lack of indiscipline, hard work, follow-up, jihadi effort, moving forward, tact and political judgment were counted. then, organizing themes including awareness, cleverness, knowledge, vision, tirelessness, inspiration, spirit of hope, determination, determination, frost and resourcefulness were obtained. finally, by combining and integrating the universal themes, five factors of insight spirit, promotion of moral values, preservation of jihadi spirit, presence in the scene and identification of sedition and conspiracy lines were extracted.
