سیاست گذاری در حوزه پژوهش دفاع مقدس: راهکار‌هایی برای مقابله با آسیب‌های پژوهشی

دفاع‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ مقدس بخش مهم و تعیین‌کننده‌ای از تاریخ معاصر کشور است و به ‌منظور استفاده مطلوب از دستاوردهای آن، نیازمند پژوهش موشکافانه، علمی و دقیق از دفاع مقدس هستیم. در همین‌راستا تحقیق حاضر به دنبال شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی راهکارهای پژوهش در حوزه دفاع مقدس به منظور مقابله با آسیب‌های پژوهشی این حوزه و ارائه آن به سازمان‌های متولی، برای سیاستگذاری در این حوز‌ه بوده است. این مقاله براساس هدف تحقیق کاربردی، براساس رویکرد تحقیق، ترکیبی (کیفی- کمی) و براساس روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. گردآوری داده، با روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه) انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی خبرگان دفاع مقدس بود که به ‌شکل هدفمند و قضاوتی انتخاب شدند. مصاحبه تا نفر پانزدهم ادامه و با اشباع نظری داده‌ها و تکرار موارد قبل متوقف شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کمی، شامل تعداد 20 نفر از متخصصان این حوزه بود که به رتبه‌بندی راهکارها پرداختند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که تعداد 20 راهکار پژوهشی موثر برای مقابله با آسیب‌های پژوهشی حوزه دفاع مقدس وجود دارد. این راهکارها از طریق آزمون فریدمن و میانگین رتبه‌بندی و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

policymaking in the field of holy defense research: solutions to deal with research harms

sacred defense is an important and decisive part of the contemporary history of the country, and in order to make the best use of its achievements, we need a thorough, scientific and accurate research on sacred defense. in this regard, the present research sought to identify and rank the research solutions in the field of sacred defense in order to deal with the research harms of this field and present it to the trustee organizations for policy making in this field. this article was based on the purpose of applied research, based on the research approach, combined (qualitative-quantitative) and based on the descriptive-analytical research method. data collection was done by the method of library and field studies (interview and questionnaire). the statistical population in the qualitative section was holy defense experts who were selected purposefully and judiciously. the interview continued until the 15th person and stopped with the theoretical saturation of the data and repetition of the previous cases. the statistical population in the quantitative section included 20 experts in this field who rated the solutions. the findings of the research showed that there are 20 effective research solutions to deal with research damage in the field of sacred defense. these solutions were analyzed through friedman’s test and average ranking.
