مدیریت لجستیک نظامی در شرایط بحران (مورد مطالعه: شکست حصر آبادان)

کشور ما از جمله کشورهایی است که با بحران‌های مختلفی مواجه می شود از جمله زلزله، جنگ، همه‌گیری یک بیماری واگیردار و .. از جمله بحران‌هایی که تا کنون مواجه شده است جنگ تحمیلی بود. اگر چه تحقیقات زیادی در خصوص جنگ صورت پذیرفته است ولی در خصوص نقش پشتیبانی لجستیکی در شکست حصر آبادان تا کنون تحقیقی انجام نشده است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر به الگوی مدیریت لجستیک نظامی در شرایط بحران شکست حصر سوسنگرد در قالب یک الگو پرداخته است. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف، پژوهشی اکتشافی و ازنظر نوع استفاده، کاربردی است و در آن روش پژوهش داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. داده‌ها با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری غیر احتمالی با 20 نفر از رزمندگان دفاع مقدس همچنین پژوهشگران دفاع مقدس گردآوری شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز از نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا استفاده گردید. بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها، مقوله علی شامل علل اقتصادی، علل ژئوپلوتیکی و علل ایدئولوژیکی، مقوله محوری شامل مدیریت اطلاعات، ترابری و مکان یابی بهینه تجهیزات و نیروها راهبردها شامل انعطاف‌پذیری، هم‌افزایی و سرعت واکنش، عوامل مداخله گر شامل فرماندهی و کنترل، نیروی انسانی و تجهیزات و سرانجام پیامدها شامل پیامد سیاسی، اجتماعی و نظامی بودند. مدل ارائه‌شده می‌تواند برای انتقال تجربیات و ارزش ها به نسل های آینده برای ایفای نقش موثرتر در یگان‌های عملیاتی یاری برساند و باعث افزایش قدرت دفاعی کشور شود.

a model of military logistics management in crisis situations(case study: breaking the blockage of abadan)

our country is one of the countries that face various crises, such as earthquakes, wars, epidemics of a contagious disease, etc. among the crises that have been encountered so far were the procrustean war. although much research has been done aboute war, but research has not been done on the role of logistical support in defeating the blockage of abadan this research is exploratory research in terms of purpose and applied in terms of type of use, and the data research method of the grounded theory has been used.data were collected using non probabilistic sampling with 20 holy defense fighters as well as holy defense researchers. maxqda software was also used to analyze the data. based on data analysis, causal category including economic causes, geopolitical causes and ideological causes, central category including information management, transportation and optimal location of equipment and forces. strategies including flexibility, synergy and reaction speed. intervention factors including command and control, manpower and equipment, and finally the consequences including political, social and military consequences. the proposed model can help to transfer experiences and values to future generations to play a more effective role in operational units and increase the country’s defense power
