تحلیل جایگاه قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران در بازدارندگی دفاعی

بازدارندگی، مجموعه اقداماتی است که یک دولت یا گروهی از دولت‌ها انجام می‌دهند تا تهدیدهای بالقوه یا بالفعل آن‌ها، از انجام عملیات خصمانه علیه منافع ملی آن‌ها یا متحدانشان و یا تشدید جنگ، خنثی شوند. وجود دشمنان منطقه‌ای و فرامنطقه‌ای در اطراف جمهوری اسلامی ایران، باعث شده تا ایران با استفاده از منابع قدرت خود در راستای تحقق سیاست بازدارندگی دفاعی سرمایه‌گذاری نماید. استفاده از منابع قدرت سخت در راستای تحقق سیاست بازدارندگی تا حدود زیادی برای افراد شناخته شده است اما اینکه قدرت نرم می‌تواند چه نقشی در بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران داشته باشد کمتر مورد توجه و مداغه قرار گرفته است. ازاین‌رو با هدف بررسی نقش قدرت نرم در بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، و با این فرضیه که قدرت نرم ایران باعث تثبیت و ارتقاء بازدارندگی دفاعی این کشور می‌گردد، محقق در راستای پاسخ به این سوال برآمده است که «نقش قدرت نرم در بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران چیست؟». برای پاسخ به این با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و روش موردی – زمینه‌ای، ابتدا به بیان مفهوم قدرت نرم و منابع آن در جمهوری اسلامی ایران پرداخته شده است و سپس به مفهوم بازدارندگی و مولفه‌های مرتبط با آن و مشخصه‌های بازدارندگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران اشاره گردیده است. درنهایت نتایج بررسی موضوع نقش قدرت نرم در بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران ما را به این امر رهنمون می‌سازد که قدرت نرم از طریق نقش ایفا کردن در تحقق بازدارندگی نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تحقق بازدارندگی همه‌جانبه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، ایجاد شرایط ذهنی بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تحقق راهبردهای بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران، تحقق اقدامات بازدارنده و تحقق مشخصه‌های بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران باعث تثبیت و ارتقاء بازدارندگی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران می‌گردد.
