نقش حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی) در دفاع مقدس در دوران ریاست‌جمهوری(1367-1360)

جنگ هشت‌ساله رژیم بعث عراق علیه جمهوری اسلامی ایران، از بزرگ‌ترین افتخارات تاریخ ملّت ایران و نماد ایستادگی و فداکاری عمومی مردم است. آیت‌الله خامنه‌‌ای از نخستین ساعات شروع جنگ تحمیلی تا پایان آن، در سطوح گوناگون سیاستگذاری، راهبردی و تاکتیکی، نقش‌های مهمی را در آن ایفا کردند. نقش آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در دفاع مقدس را می‌توان به دو مقطع «سال اول جنگ» و «دوران ریاست‌جمهوری» تقسیم کرد. در سال اول جنگ، ایشان به عنوان نماینده امام در شورای عالی دفاع در جبهه‌ها حضور یافتند. در دوره دوم که مقارن با دوران ریاست‌جمهوری ایشان است، به دلیل منع امام خمینی(ره)، امکان حضور ایشان در جبهه‌ها وجود نداشت؛ اما به‌عنوان دومین مقام رسمی کشور، در تصمیم‌گیری‌های مرتبط با دفاع مقدس نقش داشتند. سوال مقاله این است که نقش‌های عمده آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای در دفاع مقدس در دوران ریاست‌جمهوری چه بوده است؟ فرضیه این است که نقش‌های عمده ایشان، شامل اداره امور کشور به عنوان رئیس‌جمهور، ریاست شورای عالی دفاع، ریاست شورای عالی پشتیبانی جنگ، تمشیت امور ارتش و سپاه و هدایت سیاست خارجی بوده است. تحقیق بر مبنای نتایج، از نوع کاربردی است و اسناد و اطلاعات از منابع معتبر به روش کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش توصیفی تاریخی استفاده شده است.

the eight-year war of the ba’ath regime in iraq against the islamic republic of iran, is one of the greatest honors in the history of the iranian nation. ayatollah khamenei played important roles in policymaking, strategic and tactical levels from the early hours of the imposed war to its end. in the first year of the war, he appeared on the fronts as a representative of the imam in the supreme council of defense and in military uniform. in the second period, it is related to his presidency that due to the prohibition of imam khomeini, it was not possible for him to be on the fronts, but as the second official of the country, he played a role in decisions related to the holy defense. the present study seeks to answer the question of what were ayatollah khamenei’s major roles in the holy defense during the presidency? the hypothesis is that his main roles include managing the affairs of the country as president, presiding over the supreme defense council, presiding over the supreme council for the support of war, respecting the affairs of the army and the irgc, and leading foreign policy. research based on the results is an applied type and documents and information from reliable sources have been collected by library method. historical descriptive method has been used to analyze the data.
