دیپلماسی دفاعی ایران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی؛ اهداف، راهبرد و الزامات

دیپلماسی دفاعی به عنوان شیوه نوینی از ارائه توان نظامی، به مثابه سازوکاری است که دولت‎ها می‎کوشند، به‌واسطۀ آن از امتیازات و توانایی‏‎های خود در حوزۀ دفاعی برای وابسته کردن دیگر کشورها به خود، افزایش وابستگی متقابل امنیتی، جلب اعتماد، جلوگیری از بروز منازعه، حل منازعه‌ها، ایجاد چارچوب‎های امنیتی منطقه‎ای و مانند این‌ها استفاده کنند و هدف آن را می‌توان ایجاد شرایط سیاسی و ملی و بین‌المللی مطلوب برای حفظ و گسترش ارزش‌های ملی و حیاتی کشور در برابر دشمنان بالفعل و بالقوه دانست. نوشتار توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش دیپلماسی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی تلاش دارد به این سوال اصلی پاسخ دهد که دیپلماسی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی و در راستای ارتقای امنیتی و عمق‌بخشی به این انقلاب باید دارای چه اهداف، راهبرد و الزاماتی باشد. نتایج و یافته های تحقیق حاضر نشان می دهد که دیپلماسی دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بواسطه اهداف و راهبردهای هچون مدیریت حوزه‌های امنیتی، فراهم کردن زمینه تامین فناوری تجهیزات یا تسلیحات دفاعی، نقش‌آفرینی در بازدارندگی، خلع سلاح و کنترل تسلیحاتی، کسب منافع اقتصادی، اعتمادسازی در حوزه های نظامی، مبارزه با تروریسم، گسترش همکاری های دفاعی- نظامی با کشورها، توسعه تعاملات با نهادهای منطقه ای و بین المللی گامی موثر در تولید و زایش بیش از پیش قدرت ملی، نیل به ثبات و امنیت پایدار در فرایند گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی در مسیر تمدن سازی نوین بشمار می آید.
