نقش گردشگری جنگ و یادمان‌های دفاع مقدس در تقویت قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران

یکی از اهداف مهم کشورها در ادارۀ موفق امور داخلی و تعاملات خارجی، برخورداری از سطحی از قدرت ملی است. نظر به اهمیت قدرت نرم در افزایش قدرت ملی، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش گردشگری جنگ در تقویت قدرت نرم جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. علیرغم اهمیت صلح و امنیت و وجود سازمان بین‌المللی‌ به اصلاح مدافع صلح، امروزه جهان ناگزیر از تجربه پدیدۀ مخرب جنگ و اثرات مختلف آن شده است. از سوی دیگر، تمایل به گردشگری و بهره‌بردن از پدیده‌های مختلف طبیعی و انسانی آن افزایش یافته است، بنابراین بازدید از مناطق جنگی و یادمان‌های ایجاد شده در آن و آشنایی شهروندان با این واقعه و دستاوردها و رخدادهای آن مانند، فداکاری‌‌ها، آثار و بقایای به جا مانده، خاطرات و تجربیات تلخ و شیرین، در قالب «گردشگری جنگ و بازدید از یادمان‌های دفاع»، علاوه بر اثرات مثبت اقتصادی، می‌تواند تصویری جذاب و مقبول در عرصۀ داخلی و بین‌المللی ایجاد کرده و ضمن هویت بخشی در افراد جامعه، زمینه‌ساز افزایش قدرت نرم و قدرت ملی گردد. تحقیق حاضر که با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و بهره‌گیری از اسناد و نظرات مختلف بدست آمده، نشان می‌دهد: مولفه‌های سیاسی، مولفه‌های فردی- اعتقادی و مولفه‌های فرهنگی- اجتماعی از جمله ویژگی‌های انگیزشی گردشگران هستند که می‌تواند در «گردشگری جنگ» مورد توجه قرار گیرد و بهره‌گیری صحیح از دستاوردهای اقتصادی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی آن، می‌تواند افکار، باورها و رفتار نسل جوان و نیز سایر کشورها را با آرمان‌های صلح‌محور، ظلم‌ستیز و سعادت بخش انقلاب اسلامی آشنا کند و زمینه‌های افزایش قدرت نرم ج.ا. ایران را موجب شود.

the role of war tourism and holy defense monuments in strengthening the soft power of the islamic republic of iran

one of the important goals of countries in the successful management of internal affairs and foreign interactions is to have a level of national power. because of the importance of soft power in increasing national power, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of war tourism in strengthening iran’s soft power. despite the importance of peace and security and the existence of international organization for defender of peace, today the world is forced of destructive phenomenon of war and its various effects. on the other hand, the desire to tourism and enjoy its various natural and human phenomena has increased, therefore, visiting the war zones and the monuments created in it and familiarizing the citizens with this event and its achievements, such as sacrifices, remnants and bittersweet memories and experiences, inthe form of &war tourism and visiting memories of defense&, inaddition to positive economic effects, it can create an attractive and acceptable image in the domestic and international arena and while identifying individuals in society, pave the way for increasing national power. this research, which has been done with descriptive-analytical approach and using different documents, shows: political components, individual-belief components and socio-cultural components are among the motivational characteristics of tourists that can be used in &war tourism& and the correct use of its economic, cultural and social achievements, can acquaint the thoughts, beliefs and behavior of the young generation other countries with the peaceful, anti-oppressive and prosperous ideals of the islamic revolution and increase iran’s soft power.
