ارائه الگوی ویژگی‌های مدیریت جهادی در فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس (پژوهشی مبتنی بر بیانات حضرت امام خمینی(رحمه الله علیه) و امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی))

هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارائه الگوی جامعی از ویژگی‌های مدیریت جهادی در فرماندهان هشت سال دفاع مقدس می‌باشد. برای نگارش ادبیات تحقیق از روش مطالعات کتابخانه ای و برای دستیابی به هدف اصلی مقاله، از روش تحلیل مضمون یا تم با رویکرد تفسیری استفاده شده است. به این منظور، به بررسی بیانات حضرت امام خمینی (ره) در طول سال‌های 1359-1368و بیانات امام خامنه‌ای(مدظله‌العالی)، درطول سال‌های 1399-1360 پرداخته‌شده است. که در این میان، بدلیل حجم بالای سخنرانی ها ، با انتخاب و مطالعه هدفمند، بیش از 90 سخنرانی مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل متن سخنرانی ها، پس از مطالعه دقیق این متون و ایجادکدهای اولیه، به شناخت و پالایش مضمون‌ها فرعی پرداخته شد و سپس با دسته بندی مضمون‌های فرعی شناسایی‌شده، مضمون های استخراج گردید. جهت ترسیم شبکه مضامین از نرم‌افزار «ایکس مایند مپ» استفاده شده است. در مجموع، از مطالعات انجام شده تعداد 189 کد مفهومی (در قالب 128 مفهوم)، 55 مضمون فرعی و 13 مضمون اصلی به دست آمد که مضامین اصلی سیزده‌گانه این پژوهش عبارتند از: ایثار، مجاهدت، خدامحوری، بصیرت، خلاقیت و نوآوری، روحیه خودباوری، ساده زیستی ، روحیه خدمتگذاری، تکلیف گرایی، مدیریت و هدایت آگاهانه و دلسوزانه، کادرسازی، صداقت، عدالت.

presenting a model of jihadi management characteristics in commanders of eight years of holy defense (a study based on the statements of imam khomeini and imam khamenei)

the purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive model of the characteristics of jihadi management in commanders of eight years of holy defense. to write the research literature, the method of library studies has been used and to achieve the main purpose of the article, the method of content analysis or theme with an interpretive approach has been used. for this purpose, the statements of imam khomeini (ra) during the years 1359-1368 and the statements of imam khamenei (as) during the years 1399-1360 have been studied. due to the high volume of lectures, more than 90 lectures related to the research topic were analyzed by purposeful selection and study. in order to analyze the text of the lectures, after carefully studying these texts and creating the initial codes, the sub-themes were identified and refined, and then the themes were extracted by classifying the identified sub-themes. x-mind map software has been used to draw the network of themes. in total, 189 concept codes (in the form of 128 concepts), 55 sub-themes and 13 main themes were obtained from the studies. the thirteen main themes of this research are: self-sacrifice, struggle, god-centeredness, insight, creativity and innovation, morale self-confidence, biological simplicity, service spirit, duty-oriented, conscious and compassionate management and guidance, staffing, honesty, justice.
