تحلیل تاثیر متقابل عوامل موثر بر تحولات سیاسی– امنیتی یمن و سناریوهای پیش رو

با توجه به اهمیت ژئوپلتیک یمن، تحولات سیاسی - امنیتی یمن از اهمیت بالا با پیچیدگی و عدم قطعیت همراه شده است. هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی و تحلیل تاثیر متقابل عوامل موثر بر تحولات سیاسی– امنیتی یمن و سناریوهای پیش­رو تحولات سیاسی– امنیتی یمن می­باشد. پژوهش این مقاله به لحاظ هدف؛ توسعه­ای- کاربردی و به لحاظ روش؛ موردی – زمینه­ای و به لحاظ ماهیت؛ آمیخته می­باشد. داده‌های مورد نیاز تحقیق به شیوه­های کتابخانه­ای و فیش برداری، انجام مصاحبه حضوری با تعداد 20 نفر از خبرگان یمن، برگزاری گروه کانونی و در ادامه اخذ نظرات 37 نفر از مدیران و مسئولین درگیر در حوزه تحولات سیاسی – امنیتی یمن با رویکرد تمام شمار با استفاده از پرسشنامه به شیوه نمونه­گیری هدفمند، جمع آوری گردیده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های گردآوری شده از روش تحلیل اثرات متقاطع و از نرم افزار میک­مک و برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده­ها از آمار توصیفی و تحلیل آماری و میانگین رتبه­ای نظر خبرگان در خصوص اهمیت متغیرهای تاثیرگذار، تاثیرپذیر، دووجهی و تنظیمی با آزمون فریدمن با استفاده از نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می­دهد از 34 عوامل کلیدی 19 عامل به عنوان مهمترین عوامل کلیدی موثر بر تحولات سیاسی– امنیتی یمن، از منظر خبرگان می­باشند که بیشترین تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری را در تحولات دارند. مبتنی بر این عوامل، عدم­قطعیت­ها شناسایی و سناریوهای 4 گانه برای آینده تحولات سیاسی- امنیتی یمن به همراه نشانگرهای آن تدوین و ارائه گردید.

statement of problem/objective considering the importance of geopolitics yemen and bob al-mandeb strategic strait in global trade and energy security and the saudi arabia, under the pretext of returning the yemeni runaway president, created a coalition of reactionary governments in the region and with the support of western countries launched a comprehensive military invasion against the revolutionary government and the oppressed people of yemen and besieged it. in this way, yemen’s political transformations became a security issue on the regional level that is accompanied by complexity and uncertainty.methodology: the study employs developmental and applied method with respect to research’s objective and utilizes case-based approach and was based on both quantitative and qualitative research techniques due to the mixed nature of research. required data, according to g.b.n scenario-planning approach, were gathered in three ways: exploratory studies, library note-taking and interview with 20 experts in yemen’s subject and then the views of 37 officials involved in yemen’s political-security transformations with a full-scale approach using questionnaire. data analysis was done using statistical analysis. cross impact analysis by mick mac software and mean scores of experts extracted by friedman test with spss software.findings and results: based on the results of the research, according to experts, out of 34 factors, 19 factors are the most important key factors the key on yemen political-security transformations, two critical uncertainties determined and four scenarios for yemen’s political-security transformations as well as its indicators have been compiled.
