بررسی راهبردهای فرماندهی شهید امیر سپهبد علی صیاد شیرازی در دوران دفاع مقدس

یکی از زوایای مهم و کمتر توجه‌شدۀ تاریخ‌نگاری جنگ تحمیلی رژیم بعثی عراق علیه ایران، بررسی نقش فرماندهان در مدیریت و تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی است که نقش مهمی در سرنوشت جنگ تحمیلی داشت. شهید امیر سپهبد علی صیاد شیرازی یکی از موثرترین فرماندهان دوران دفاع مقدس بود که با تدبیر هوشمندانه و دقیق خود در فرماندهی، اهداف رژیم بعثی عراق را که از پشتیبانی کشورهای مختلف نیز بهره‌مند بودند، با ناکامی و شکست مواجه کرد. علاوه‌بر این، شیوه‌های مدیریتی و فرماندهی وی نیز به‌عنوان یک الگوی موفق در سطوح مختلف فرماندهی و مدیریتی برای فرماندهان و مدیران قابل‌استفاده و قابل‌انتقال به نسل‌های آینده است. از این‌رو، هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی راهبردهای فرماندهی شهید صیاد شیرازی بوده و این پرسش مطرح شده که ایشان در زمان فرماندهی‌شان، از چه راهبردهایی استفاده نموده‌اند. روش به‌کار گرفته‌شده در این پژوهش، روش کیفی بررسی مکتوبات و نوشته‌های دردسترس دربارۀ شهید صیاد شیرازی است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شهید صیاد شیرازی به‌واسطۀ طراحی و برنامه‌ریزی دقیق عملیات‌ها، کنترل و سازمان‌دهی امور جبهه، تخصص و نبوغ نظامی و فرماندهی خود باعث موفقیت‌های چشمگیری در دوران پرافتخار دفاع مقدس شد.

Investigating the Commanding Strategies of Martyr Lieutenant General Ali Sayyad Shirazi in the Era of the Holy Defense (Promotional article)

This study is aimed at identifying the strategies that Martyr Lieutenant General Ali Sayyad Shirazi applied while commanding in the era of the holy defense. This is a qualitative research which follows documentary analysis. One of the most significant aspect of the Holy Defense which has not been considered enough in historiography of the IranIraq war, regards the essential roles that the commanders played in the management and strategic decision making in the war. These strategies were the most serious military decisions having affected the outcome of the war. Hence, the researchers have tried to point out some of the commanding strategies of Martyr Lieutenant General Ali Sayad Shirazi. Making use of his extraordinary tact in commanding, he became one of the most influential commanders of the Holy Defense who led to defeat the goals of the invading Iraqi divisions that enjoyed the support of other countries as well. Moreover, his valuable and successful commanding and management model at different levels can be referred to in the training of the future generation commanders. The results of this study illustrated that Martyr Ali Sayyad Shirazi, led the war to victory in the most eventful period of the imposed war by designing and planning operations, controlling and organizing the affairs of the front, employing his military expertise, genius, and commanding power. Therefore, following the life story of this great martyr, young generation of these days can acquire great lessons and messages. By understanding the secrets of his success, they can make a great model from him.
