تاثیر کلام حضرت امام(ره) بر عناصر کار تیمی رزمندگان قرارگاه خاتم الانبیاء(ص) در دفاع مقدس با تمرکز بر عملیات کربلای 5

رهبری مهمترین عامل پیروزی و شکست و حفظ روحیه و پیشگیری از آسیب های روانی در جنگ است. شخصیت عرفانی و حماسی حضرت امام(ره) از ایشان، رهبر و فرمانده ای بی نظیر در دوران دفاع مقدس ساخته بود که نگرش، آموزه ها و سیره ایشان تاثیر عمیق انکارناپذیری بر روحیه ملت و رزمندگان و آمادگی های آنان در برابر دشمنان داشت. عشق و محبت وصف ناپذیر آحاد ملت و رزمندگان اسلام به ایشان از باورهای دینی آنان سرچشمه می گرفت. رزمندگان اسلام افزون بر محبت بسیار زیاد به حضرت امام، عمیقاً باور داشتند. ایشان جانشین امام عصر(ع) است و از ولایت امام معصوم و شان مرجعیت دینی و زعامت سیاسی جامعه اسلامی برخوردار است. از این رو در چارچوب این باور ولایت حضرت امام را در ادامه ولایت معصوم پذیرفته و به لوازم آن پایبند بودند و اطاعت و پیروی از آنان را بر خود واجب می دانستند. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر کلام حضرت امام بر عناصر کار تیمی رزمندگان قرارگاه خاتم الانبیاء (ص) در دفاع مقدس با تمرکز بر عملیات کربلایی ها می پردازد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، کارکنان قرارگاه خاتم الانبیاء (ص) در شهر تهران هستند که در عملیات کربلای 5 شرکت داشته اند. از این تعداد جامعه آماری که 21 نفر است براساس روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تعداد 37 نفر به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد و پرسشنامه بین آنها توزیع شد. نتایج نشان می دهد کلام حضرت امام بر همه 17 مورد از عناصر کار تیمی در بین رزمندگان اسلام در جبهه های حق علیه باطل موثر است. حضرت امام با سخنان خود به آن‌ها شور و شوق و اعتماد به نفس می ب خشید و این مساله منجر به حضور مداوم و پرصلابت مردم و رزمندگان در جبهه های جنگ می شد.

The effect of Imam’s words on the elements of teamwork of the warriors of Khatam alAnbiya (PBUH) camp in the holy defense focusing on Operation Karbala 5

Leadership is the most important factor in victory and defeat and maintaining morale and preventing psychological damage in war. The mystical and epic character of Imam Khomeini (as) had made him a unique leader and commander during the time of the Holy Defense, whose attitude, teachings and manners had an undeniable profound effect on the spirit of the nation and the warriors and their preparations in Had against enemies. The indescribable love and affection of the people of the nation and the warriors of Islam for them came from their religious beliefs. The warriors of Islam, in addition to their great love for the Imam, deeply believed in him. He is the successor of Imam Asr (AS) and enjoys the guardianship of the Infallible Imam and the dignity of religious authority and political leadership of the Islamic society. Therefore, in the framework of this belief, they accepted the guardianship of Imam Khomeini in the continuation of the guardianship of the infallibles and adhered to its provisions, and considered obedience and following them obligatory. The present study examines the effect of Imam’s words on the elements of the teamwork of the warriors of the Khatam alAnbiya (PBUH) camp in the holy defense, focusing on the operations of the Karbalais. The statistical population of this study is the staff of KhatamAlAnbia (PBUH) camp in Tehran who participated in Operation Karbala 5. Of this number, which is 21 people, 37 people were considered as a sample based on cluster sampling method and a questionnaire was distributed among them. The results show that the words of Imam Khomeini are effective on all 17 elements of teamwork among the warriors of Islam on the fronts of right against wrong. Imam Khomeini, with his words, gave them enthusiasm and selfconfidence, and this led to the constant and tough presence of the people and warriors on the battlefields.
