مقالۀ ترویجی بررسی گسترۀ عدالت در وصیت‌نامه‌های شهدای جنگ تحمیلی

پژوهش حاضر، با هدف شناخت مقولۀ عدالت توسط شهدای جنگ تحمیلی، به بررسی وصیت‌نامه‌های آنان می‌پردازد؛ ازاین‌رو، با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا، چهارصد نمونه از وصیت‌نامه‌های شهدا تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد. براساس این روش، مقولۀ عدالت به سه حوزۀ اصلی سیاسی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی تقسیم شده و هرکدام از آن‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزاری excel و spss سرشماری شد و نمودارهای موردنیاز استخراج شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، بیشترین توصیه‌های شهدا به حوزۀ عدالت سیاسی و مولفه‌های اصلی آن اختصاص دارد. همچنین، حجم وسیعی از وصیت‌نامه‌ها به عدالت اقتصادی اختصاص دارد. این موضوع نشان می‌دهد، شهدا، دغدغۀ عدالت اقتصادی داشتند و مصداق بارز آن را توزیع عادلانۀ ثروت و حمایت از اقشار ضعیف جامعه می‌دانستند. در حوزۀ عدالت اجتماعی، برپایی عدل در جامعۀ اسلامی، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، شایسته‌سالاری، از مولفه‌های موردتوجه شهدا بوده است.

In this article, the main aspects of justice in the area of thought of martyrs are examined by content analysis method. Based on the findings of the research, Most of the martyrs’ statements were devoted to their wills in the area of political justice and its main components. Also, a large volume of topics in the field of economic justice is shown in the wills of the martyrs, They were deeply concerned about economic justice, and the clear example was the fair distribution of wealth, along with the support of poor sections of society. In the area of social justice, the establishment of justice in the Islamic society, the promise of good and forbidding merits and the choice of committed professionals were the most important component of the martyrs.
