جایگاه دفاع مقدس در برنامه‌های درسی و آموزشی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش؛ ارزیابی، آسیب‌شناسی و پیشنهادهای راهبردی

به‌دلیل اهمیت بنیادین آموزش‌های عمومی در انتقال ارزش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی برای گروه‌های سنی پایه و نقش راهبردی آن در جامعه‌پذیری نسل آینده کشور؛ تولید محتوای فاخر، متناسب با معارف گران‌سنگ دفاع مقدس و انتقال این ارزش‌ها به متون آموزشی وزارت آموزش و ‌پرورش امری ضروری می‌نماید. دستیابی به این مهم، مستلزم ایجاد بسترهای اداری، علمی و تخصصی، برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی و هماهنگی بین‌سازمانی و سازوکارهای پژوهشی فراسازمانی، برای تولید محتوای فاخر برای جانمایی در متون و برنامه‌های وزارت آموزش و پرورش است. این پژوهش، در چهارچوب تحقیقات کاربردی، با رویکرد آمیخته و روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، مبتنی بر مطالعات اسنادی، مشاهدۀ میدانی و جلسات خبرگی، جایگاه معارف و ارزش‌های دفاع مقدس در برنامه‌های آموزشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش را ارزیابی نموده، در نهایت پیشنهادهای راهبردی برای نیل به جایگاه واقعی این معارف در نظام آموزشی و پرورشی پیشنهاد می‌نماید. یافته‌های مقاله که حاصل اقدامات مشترک پژوهشگاه علوم و معارف دفاع مقدس با همکاری سازمان پژوهش و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و سازمان بسیج مستضعفین در سال‌‍‌های 96-97 است؛ می‌تواند الگویی برای انتقال ارزش‌های دفاع مقدس به برنامه‌های آموزشی وزارت آموزش و پرورش قلمداد گردد. براین اساس سازوکارهای تولید محتوای فاخر برای بیش از 10 کتاب درسی و بازبینی و به‌روزرسانی دو واحد درس «آشنایی با ارزش‌های تربیتی دفاع مقدس» برای تمام رشته‌های دانشگاه فرهنگیان تشریح شده و آسیب‌شناسی راهبردی در دو حوزۀ «برنامه‌های درسی و آموزشی» و «عوامل ساختاری و سازمانی» به عمل آمده و در نهایت پیشنهادهایی ارائه شده است.

Due to the fundamental importance of public education in the transmission of cultural and social values ​​for basic age groups and its strategic role in the socialization of the next generation of the country; It is necessary to produce glorious content, in line with the precious teachings of the sacred stone of defense, and to transfer these values ​​to the educational texts of the Ministry of Education. Achieving this requires the creation of administrative, scientific and professional contexts, strategic planning and interorganizational coordination and extraorganizational research mechanisms, to produce excellent content for placement in the texts and programs of the Ministry of Education. This research, in the framework of applied research, with a mixed approach and descriptiveanalytical method, based on documentary studies, field observation and expert meetings, evaluates the place of education and values ​​of sacred defense in the educational programs of the Ministry of Education. Suggests strategic suggestions for achieving the real place of this knowledge in the educational system. Findings of the article, which are the result of joint actions of the Research Institute for Sacred Defense Sciences and Education in cooperation with the Research and Educational Planning Organization and the Basij Organization for the Underprivileged in 199697; It can be considered as a model for transmitting the values ​​of sacred defense to the educational programs of the Ministry of Education. Accordingly, the mechanisms of producing glorious content for more than 10 textbooks and reviewing and updating the two courses Introduction to the educational values ​​of sacred defense for all disciplines of Farhangian University are described and strategic pathology in two areas: Programs Educational and educational and structural and organizational factors have been done and finally some suggestions have been presented.
