تحلیلی بر سرباز حرفه‌ای در آیندۀ‌ سازمان نظامی ایران

موقعیت ژئوپلیتیک ایران، تهدیدات پیرامونی و تغییرات بزرگ حوزۀ فناوری، بازنگری در فرایندهای بومی و مطالعات جامعه‌شناسی را بایسته می‌کند؛ چرا که جمعیت و نگاه به سرباز در آینده از ملزومات مباحث دفاعی است. بهره‌گیری از سرباز حرفه‌ای در سازمان‌های نظامی کشور، به نیازسنجی علمی در حوزۀ جذب نیروی انسانی متناسب با اقلیم و موقعیت اجتماعی، سیاسی، اقتصادی و... کشور دارد. نگارنده در این مقاله پس از بررسی دیدگاه‌ها و مبانی نظری وضعیت فعلی کارکنان وظیفه سازمان‌های نظامی، به این پرسش پاسخ می‌دهد که تحلیل جایگاه سرباز حرفه‌ای در آیندۀ سازمان‌های نظامی ایران چیست؟ برای این منظور محقق از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و گرد‌آوری اطلاعات به روش کتابخانه‌ای استفاده کرده‌ است. نوع پژوهش کاربردی بوده و یافته‌ها بیان‌کنندۀ این مطالب است که روشن شدن و تبیین زوایای پنهان سرباز حرفه‌ای، نیاز به تغییر پارادایم سربازی در کشور، با حفظ مبانی سیاست‌های دفاعی دارد. تغییر در زیرساخت‌های سرباز حرفه‌ای با رعایت مشخصات سرباز آیندۀ ایرانی، طراحی مختصات بومی برای حفظ چابکی، تامین منابع مالی و بهره‌مندی از ظرفیت‌های بسیج مردمی، شرایط را برای حضور این‌گونه سربازان و ایجاد سازمانی مناسب و در شان سازمان‌های نظامی ایجاد می‌کند.

An Analysis of the Professional Soldier in the Future of the Iranian Military Organization

Iran’s geopolitical position, peripheral threats and major changes in the field of technology require a review of indigenous processes and sociological studies; Because the crowd and looking to the soldier in the future are essential to the defense debate. The use of professional soldiers in the military organizations of the country is used to assess the scientific needs in the field of manpower in accordance with the climate and the social, political, economic and ... situation of the country. In this article, after examining the views and theoretical foundations of the current situation of the duty personnel of military organizations, the author answers the question: what is the analysis of the position of professional soldier in the future of Iranian military organizations? For this purpose, the researcher has used descriptiveanalytical method and data collection by library method. The type of research is applied and the findings express that the clarification and explanation of the hidden angles of the professional soldier, the need to change the military paradigm in the country, while maintaining the foundations of defense policy. Changes in the professional soldier infrastructure by observing the characteristics of the future Iranian soldier, designing indigenous coordinates to maintain agility, providing financial resources and utilizing the capabilities of the people’s mobilization, create the conditions for the presence of such soldiers and create a suitable organization in the dignity of military organizations.
