نقش و جایگاه امنیت در نظریه‌های زیست‌پذیری شهری

شهر یک اثر هنری بزرگ است که آفرینندگانی به وسعت خود و به تعداد جمعیتش دارد. هدف غایی یک شهر ایجاد محیطی دلنشین و راحت برای مردمی است که در آن زندگی می‌کنند. مطلوبیت عرصۀ فضاهای شهری، امروزه از جمله بحران‌های فراروی جهان به سرعت شهری شده است. زیست‌پذیرین شهرهای جهان، رتبه‌بندی شهرهای جهان بر اساس استانداردهای تعریف شده‌ای از کیفیت زندگی است. گزارش‌های سازمان‌های جهانی برای رده‌بندی شهرها بر مبنای امتیازبندی در شاخص‌های مختلفی در نظر گرفته شده و سپس فهرست زیست‌پذیرترین شهرهای جهان هر ساله ارائه می‌گردد. یکی از مهمترین شاخص‌ها در زمینۀ زیست‌پذیری شهرهای جهان، شاخص امنیت است. بر این اساس، مقالۀ حاضر به دنبال ردیابی نقش و اهمیت شاخص امنیت در رتبه‌بندی زیست‌پذیرترین شهرهای جهان است. لذا مقاله با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و مطالعۀ رتبه‌بندی‌های گوناگونی که در این زمینه وجود دارد، به بررسی اهمیت شاخص امنیت در این زمینه می‌پردازد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، امنیت رکن اساسی و عامل مهم زیست‌پذیری در شهرهای جهان به شمار آمده و در همۀ رتبه‌بندی‌ها و نظریه‌های مختلف، جایگاه مهمی دارد

The role and place of security in theories of urban viability

The city is a great work of art that has creators of its size and population. The ultimate goal of a city is to create a pleasant and comfortable environment for the people who live in it. The desirability of urban space has become one of the fastest growing crises in the world today. The livable cities of the world are ranked in the cities of the world based on defined standards of quality of life. The reports of the world organizations for the classification of cities based on scoring in different indicators are considered and then the list of the most livable cities in the world is presented every year. One of the most important indicators in the field of viability of cities in the world is the security index. Accordingly, the present article seeks to trace the role and importance of the security index in ranking the most livable cities in the world. Therefore, the article examines the importance of the security index in this field by descriptiveanalytical method and studying the various rankings that exist in this field. Findings show that security is an essential element and an important factor of viability in cities around the world and has an important place in all different rankings and theories.
