تهدیدات نظامی امارات متحدۀ عربی و ملاحظات امنیتی- دفاعی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

کشورهای عضو شورای همکاری خلیج‌فارس از زمان پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی و در نتیجۀ اجرای پروژه‌های مختلف ایران‌هراسی توسط کشورهای غربی و برخی رویدادهای منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی، از جمله مسئلۀ هسته‌ای و خروج یک‌جانبۀ آمریکا از برجام، همواره برای ایجاد موازنۀ قوا با جمهوری اسلامی ایران کوشیده‌اند. در میان کشورهای عضو شورای همکاری خلیج‌فارس، امارات متحدۀ عربی به‌دلیل اختلاف با ج.ا.ایران و ادعای مالکیت جزایر سه‌گانۀ ایرانی، بیش از دیگر کشورها به انجام رفتارهای تنش‌زا علیه ج.ا.ایران می‌پردازد. امارات با ارتقای توانمندی نظامی خود به کمک کشورهای غربی، به رویارویی با ج.ا.ایران در ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، امنیتی و نظامی پرداخته است. این امر امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران را با تهدید روبه‌رو نموده و به امنیتی شدن فضای منطقه انجامیده است. از این‌رو در این پژوهش تلاش شده تا با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بهره‌برداری از منابع کتابخانه ای و ماتریس swot، توانمندی نظامی و دامنۀ تهدیدات امارات متحدۀ عربی علیه ج.ا.ایران بررسی و ملاحظات امنیتی دفاعی ج.ا.ایران نیز تبیین گردد. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، اقدامات و توانمندی‌های نظامی امارات متحدۀ عربی از جمله اجرای برنامۀ نوسازی نیروهای مسلح، خرید تسلیحات پیشرفته، واگذاری پایگاه‌های نظامی به نیروهای فرامنطقه‌ای، برگزاری رزمایش‌های مشترک، همکاری با ناتو، عادی‌سازی روابط با رژیم صهیونیستی و...، از طریق امنیتی نمودن منطقه و زمینه‌سازی حضور نیروهای فرامنطقه‌ای و رژیم صهیونیستی در مجاورت مرزهای ایران، بر امنیت ملی ج.ا.ایران در ابعاد مختلف به‌ویژه بُعد نظامی تاثیر منفی بگذارد.

UAE military threats and securitydefense considerations of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Since the victory of the Islamic Revolution and as a result of the implementation of various Iranophobia projects by Western countries and some regional and international events, including the nuclear issue and the unilateral withdrawal of the United States from the UN Security Council, They have tried to create a balance of power with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Among the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the United Arab Emirates, due to its differences with the Islamic Republic of Iran and the claim of ownership of the three Iranian islands, is more violent than other countries. By enhancing its military capability with the help of Western countries, the UAE has confronted the Islamic Republic of Iran in various political, economic, security and military dimensions. This has threatened the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran and has led to the security of the region. Therefore, in this study, an attempt has been made to use the descriptiveanalytical method and utilization of library resources and SWOT matrix, military capability and scope of UAE threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran and securitydefense considerations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Iran should also be explained. According to the findings of the study, the actions and military capabilities of the UAE, including the implementation of the Armed Forces modernization program, purchase of advanced weapons, transfer of military bases to supraregional forces, holding joint exercises, cooperation with NATO, normalization of relations with Israel and ... , By securing the region and paving the way for the presence of supraregional forces and the Zionist regime near the borders of Iran, to negatively affect the national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in various dimensions, especially the military dimension.
