الگوی تصمیم گیری در پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم

تصمیم گیری در سازمانها و نهادها و توجه به مباحث مدیریتی، به ویژه اصول و مبانی تصمیم گیری، اهمیت دارد. در راستای پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم، نیروی انتظامی باید با درک، شناخت و تصمیم گیری مناسب و به هنگام و اجرای ابعاد و شاخص‌های آن در جامعه، اقدام بایسته را انجام دهد. برای این کار نیاز به الگو است. هدف پژوهش، دستیابی به الگوی تصمیم گیری درپیشگیری انتظامی از جرم است. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-تحلیلی است. جامعۀ آماری، نخبگان حوزۀ پیشگیری انتظامی و مدیریتی ناجا و اساتید دانشگاه هستند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری و فرمول کوکران، 123 نفر انتخاب شدند.داده‌ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از مصاحبۀ عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته و در بخش کمی با پرسش‌نامه که روایی و پایایی آن نیز تایید شد، گردآوری شدند. نتایج نشان داد، ابعاد و مولفه‌های الگوی تصمیم‌گیری در پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم عبارتند از: تعیین و تشخیص مسئله، مشخص کردن اهداف،گردآوری اطلاعات، تعیین راهکارها، ارزیابی راهکارها، انتخاب راهکار، اجرا و ارزیابی. همچنین الگوی تصمیم گیری در پیشگیری انتظامی از جرم استخراج شد که بیشترین و کمترین تاثیر در این الگو به ترتیب در متغیرهای تعیین و تشخیص مسئله و ارزیابی به دست آمد.

Decision model in disciplinary crime prevention

Disciplinary prevention of the crime was carried out. In terms of applied purpose, this research is a method mixed with collection techniques (multimode) in terms of data type. The study population in the qualitative section, the elites in the field of disciplinary and managerial prevention and university professors, which using targeted sampling method and the principle of theoretical saturation became 32 people and in the quantitative section, 123 managers, experts and university professors Related to the topic. Data collection tools were semistructured in the qualitative part of the indepth interview and in the quantitative part of the questionnaire based on the results of the interview. The results showed that the dimensions and components of the decisionmaking model in disciplinary crime prevention are: determining and diagnosing the problem, defining goals, gathering information, determining solutions, evaluating solutions, selecting solutions, implementing and evaluating Also, the maximum and minimum effects in this model were counted in the variables of problem determination, diagnosis and evaluation, respectively.
