طراحی سامانه ارایه عملیات‌های بزرگ دفاع مقدس بر پایه سنجش‌ازدور و سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی

تبیین عملیات‌های دفاع مقدس به‌منظور کسب و جمع‌آوری تجربیات فرماندهان، کارشناسان و رزمندگان هشت سال دفاع مقدس و استفاده از این تجربیات در ابعاد مختلف امری ضروری است؛ از این‌رو، طراحی یک پایگاه و سامانه اطلاعاتی جامع در این حوزه مفید به‌نظر می‌رسد. در پژوهش حاضر به‌منظور طراحی یک سامانۀ ارائه عملیات‌های بزرگ دوران دفاع مقدس تلاش شده است پایگاه داده‌ای در محدوده جغرافیای دفاع مقدس از این عملیات‌ها تهیه گردد. در پژوهش حاضر، 19 منطقه عملیاتی بزرگ دوران دفاع مقدس شامل: عملیات‌های ثامن‌الائمه، طریق‌القدس، فتح‎المبین، بیت‌المقدس، رمضان، والفجر مقدماتی، والفجر 1، والفجر 4، خیبر، بدر، والفجر 8، کربلای 1، کربلای 4، کربلای 5، کربلای 10، بیت‌المقدس 2، والفجر 10 و بیت‌المقدس 7 موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. در این پژوهش سعی شده است تا با استفاده از منابع اطلاعاتی سیستم‌های اطلاعات جغرافیایی و استخراج اطلاعات از تصاویر ماهواره‌ای، پایگاه اطلاعات جغرافیایی از منطقه‌ی هر عملیات ساخته شود و به‌تناسب محدوده عملیات، لایه‌های مورد نیاز آن به‌صورت رقومی شده استخراج ‌گردد و در نهایت سامانه اطلاعات جغرافیایی عملیات‌های بزرگ دفاع مقدس تهیه و نقشه‌های عملیاتی مفید از آن استخراج گردید. این سامانه می‌تواند در سازمان‌های نظامی؛ موسسات پژوهشی؛ مراکز علمی و دانشگاهی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد

Designing a system for the implementation of largescale operations of the Holy Defense based on the Remote Sensing and geographic information system

It is necessary to explain the holy defense operations in order to acquire and gather experiences of commanders, experts and warriors of the eight years of holy defense and making use of these experiences in different aspects. In this research, in order to create a presentation management system for big operations of the holy defense it has been attempted to provide a database in the geographical location of the holy defense of these operations, which can make use of military information that corresponds to that period as a whole for interpretation, simulation of real operations and as a comprehensive reference for users and researchers. In this research, 19 big operational region of the holy defense include Operation Samenal Aemeh, TariqalQods, FathalMobin, Beit alMoqaddas, Ramezan, Valfajr Moghadamati, valfajr1, valfajr4, Kheibar, Badr, valfajr8, Karbala1, Karbala4, Karbala5, Karbala10, BeitalMoqaddas 2, valfajr10, BeitalMoqaddas 7 have been studied. For this purpose, the geographical information base is constructed as a general background for each of the operation regions and its required layers of proportional to the operation range is extracted digitally. Finally, the geographical information system of big operations of holy defense was prepared and operational of geographical region of each operation were extractable. This system can be used in military organizations; research centers; scientific and academic centers.
