چکیده    The synthesis, characterization and biological activity of new complexes of cu^2+, mn^2+, co^2+, zn^2+ and ni^2+ ions with derivatives ligand from n-hydroxy methyl saccharin and 8-hydroxy quinoline were described and studied. the new prepared complexes (ligands) were characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductance, ir, h1-nmr and c13-nmr spectroscopy studies. coordination of the ligand atom to the metal ions was deduced by ir. all the complexes have been screened for antibacterial and antifungal.
