بازکاوی مفهوم «قانتات» در آیه« فَالصّاَلِحَتُ، قَانِتَاتٌ ... » (نساء، 34) (از دیدگاه مفسران و زنان اندیشمند)

آیه 34 سوره نساء یکی از آیات چالشی در حوزه مباحث زنان و خانواده است. چالش بخش میانی آیه، مرتبط با مفهوم واژه قانتات است که باتوجه‌به معنای اصیل لغوی و کاربرد قرآنی قنوت، پذیرش دیدگاه‌های گوناگون مطروحه از سوی بیشتر مفسران فریقین دشواری است. از سویی زنان نواندیشان مسلمان در دوره معاصر دیدگاههای سنتی را برنتافته، به بازاندیشی معنای قانتات پرداخته و نظریه متفاوتی را ارائه نمودهاند. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی تحلیلی سامان‌یافته است. بررسی پیشینه موضوع، ارائه تحقیق جامع و مستقلی را دراین‌رابطه نشان نمی‌دهد. نتیجه، بیانگر آن است که دیدگاههای مفسرانی که با تعابیری مانند: «مطیعات، مطیعات لله، مطیعاتٌ للّه فی ازواجهن، مطیعاتٌ للّه تعالی قائماتٌ بحقوق الازواج، مطیعاتٌ لازواج، مطیعاتٌ لله و لازواجهن، مطیعاتٌ للّه قائماتٌ بما یجب علیهن من حقوق اللّه و حقوق ازواجهن» و مشابه آنها مقصود از قانتات را ارائه نموده‌اند از دقّت لازم برخوردار نیست؛ چرا که معنای دقیق لغوی یا کاربرد قرآنی قنوت یا هر دو را با هم موردتوجه قرار نداده‌اند. گرچه مفسران معدودی هرچند با تعابیر نه‌چندان کامل مقصود درست و دقیق از قانتات را بیان کرده‌اند. علاوه‌برآن نگارنده دیدگاه خود را با تبیینی جامع و دقیق از واژه قانتات ارائه نموده است.

verse 34 of surah an-nisa is one of the challenging verses in the field of women and family issues. the middle part of the verse, related to the concept of qanitat, is difficult to interpret due to the various interpretations presented by most commentators of the two groups (shia and sunni(, considering the original linguistic meaning and quranic usage of qunut. on the other hand, contemporary muslim women intellectuals have not adhered to traditional views and have reconsidered the meaning of qanitat and presented a different theory. this research has been conducted using a descriptive-analytical method. the review of the background of the subject does not indicate a comprehensive and independent study in this regard. the conclusion is that the interpretations of commentators who have presented interpretations of qanitat such as obedient, obedient to allah, obedient to their husbands, obedient to their husbands' rights, obedient to their husbands, obedient to allah and their husbands, obedient to allah fulfilling their rights and their husbands' rights and similar interpretations do not have the necessary accuracy because they have not paid attention to the precise linguistic meaning or quranic usage of qunut or both.
