بررسی تحلیلی ویژگی تاثیرپذیری انسان، با تاملی بر رویکرد عاملیت آدمی و تبیین پیامدهای آن در تعلیم و تربیت

این پژوهش تاثیرپذیری انسان را با تاکید بر عاملیت انسانی و پیامدهای آن در تعلیم و تربیت بررسی می کند. تحلیل مفاهیم اراده آزاد، عاملیت، استقلال و اصالت نشان می دهد که اراده آزاد نه تنها مسئولیت اخلاقی را به همراه دارد، بلکه برای ارزش اخلاقی و خودگردانی نیز ضروری است. بر اساس انسان شناسی اسلامی و شواهد قرآنی، عاملیت انسان در شکل گیری هویت و سرنوشت او نقش اساسی دارد. در مقابل، دیدگاه شبکه ای، انسان را نه عاملی مستقل، بلکه عضوی از یک سیستم در حال تعامل می بیند. با این حال، نظریه عاملیت، رفتار انسان را در قالب کنش های جمعی و اجتماعی تحلیل می کند و بر نقش آگاهی و اراده در تمایز او از سایر موجودات تاکید دارد. این نگاه ترکیبی، دلالت هایی برای تعلیم و تربیت دارد، از جمله: 1) تاکید بر احترام به فردیت و اراده آزاد به عنوان مبنای تربیت اخلاقی بدون اجبار؛ 2) تقویت یادگیری مستقل و تفکر انتقادی از طریق تعامل فعال با محیط و شبکه های اطلاعاتی؛ 3) پرورش مهارت های تصمیم گیری و خودتنظیمی در بستر شبکه های اجتماعی و فرهنگی. در نهایت، این پژوهش پیشنهاد می کند که نظام های تربیتی با تلفیق واقع بینانه عاملیت فردی و ساختارهای شبکه ای، رویکردی جامع و پویا به تربیت اتخاذ کنند.

an analytical study of the characteristic of human influence, with a reflection on the approach to human agency and an explanation of its consequences in education.

this study examines human influence with an emphasis on human agency and its implications for education. an analysis of the concepts of free will, agency, autonomy, and authenticity shows that free will not only carries moral responsibility, but is also essential for moral value and self-governance. according to islamic anthropology and quranic evidence, human agency plays a fundamental role in shaping one rsquo;s identity and destiny. in contrast, the network perspective sees humans not as independent agents but as members of an interacting system. however, agency theory analyzes human behavior in terms of collective and social actions and emphasizes the role of consciousness and will in distinguishing them from other beings. this combined perspective has implications for education, including: 1) emphasizing respect for individuality and free will as the basis for moral education without coercion; 2) fostering independent learning and critical thinking through active interaction with the environment and information networks; 3) cultivating decision-making and self-regulation skills in the context of social and cultural networks. finally, this research suggests that educational systems adopt a comprehensive and dynamic approach to education by realistically integrating individual agency and network structures.
