In my postgraduate thesis which was prepared in 1991 and presented in i.ü. institute of social sciences called “the ottoman- turkish scholars who wrote about arabic grammar from the beginning till the time of fatih” the ottoman-turkish scholars and their works in ix. (xv) century were analysed.despite everything some scholars who wrote about in this field in ix. (xv) century were overlooked.in this article that scholars and their works were discussed
