تاثیر انگیزش فردی-اجتماعی نظام مالکیت خصوصی در توسعۀ میادین نفتی ایالات متحده

رژیم مالکیت خصوصی، زمینه‌ای‌ است که نمایانگر رویکرد متکامل افکار بشر است. مالکیت خصوصی بر منابع نفتی که در کمتر کشوری مورد توجه است، در ایالات متحدۀ امریکا، سرآمد سایر نظام‌های مالکیت است. این سلطۀ نسبتاً همه‌جانبه، تاثیراتی را به دنبال داشته است. محور این مقاله، بررسی کم و کیف رابطۀ پذیرش مالکیت خصوصی با توسعۀ صنعت نفت با یک نگاه ساختاری به آن و با اجتناب از جهت‌گیری‌های اقتصادی است. آشکارکردن چگونگی این رابطه، سهم بسزایی در شناخت ماهیت و ارزش این نظام دارد. پس از تشریح عنوان مالکیت خصوصی در بخش نخست، قسمت بعد به کشف عوامل موثر در توسعۀ میادین نفتی ایالات متحده به‌منزلۀ عناصری که در مفهوم مالکیت خصوصی پنهان‌اند اختصاص یافته است. سرانجام، به تحلیل آثاری از این نظام بر میادین نفتی پرداخته شد که سرمنشا و زایندۀ آثار دیگری بودند. در این نگارش، از منظر سیستم حقوقی به‌منزلۀ یک خرده‌نظام به رابطۀ مالکیت خصوصی و توسعۀ میادین نفتی ایالات متحدۀ امریکا نگریستیم و دریافتیم که چتر حمایتگری که مالکیت خصوصی بر سر توسعۀ میادین نفتی ایالات متحدۀ امریکا افراشته است، چیزی جز روح حاکم بر نظام مالکیت خصوصی، که عبارت است از آزادی اندیشه و عمل، نیست.

The Impact of the IndividualSocial Motivation of the Private Property System On the Development of US Oil Fields

The private property regime is a field that reflects the developed approach of human thoughts. Private ownership of oil resources that has received less attention in other countries, is known as the head of other property regimes in the United States. This relatively comprehensive domination has had effects. The focus of this paper is to examine the relationship between the acceptance of private property and the development of the U.S. oil industry with a structural vision. Understanding this relationship has a significant role in knowing the nature and value of the system. After describing the notion of private property in this paper, we shall discuss the factors influencing the development of US oil fields or elements that are hidden under private ownership notion. Finally, we analyze the effects of this regime on oil fields that originate the other effects. In this study, we have seen the relationship between private property and the development of US oil fields from the perspective of the legal system as a subsystem and we found that contribution of private ownership to the development of US oil fields, it was nothing but the spirit of the private property regime, which is indeed the freedom of thought and action.
