تعیین ارزش های آستانه در سیاست گذاری سامانه عرفی کلگچی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری- زاگرس

موضوع ابزار و استانداردهای اندازه گیری مدیریت پایدار جنگل و کاربرد آنها به عنوان ابزار اصلی نظارت و کنترل در مدیریت جنگل ها دارای اهمیت بالایی است. به کمک ابزار و استانداردهای مدیریت پایدار جنگل می توان اطلاعات دقیق تر و مناسب تری را برای مدیران و تصمیم گیران مرتبط با جنگل فراهم کرد. مدیریت پایدار جنگل دارای سطوح مختلفی از ابزار و استاندارها است که به ترتیب شامل اصل، معیار، شاخص، تاییدگرها و ارزش های آستانه هستند. روش اندازه گیری اطلاعات ارزش آستانه، تاییدگر نامیده می شود. ارزش های آستانه، یک استاندارد برای طرح جنگل داری بیان می کند تا نسبت به پایش شاخص اقدام شود. در این پژوهش ابزار و استانداردهای مدیریت پایدار جنگل با مطالعه موردی در سامان عرفی کلگچی ارائه شده است. شاخص های کاهش تعداد تجاوزات به عرصه های جنگلی، نرخ بهبود معاش جوامع وابسته به جنگل، مشارکت جوامع محلی و تساوی حقوق و شاخص جوامع وابسته به جنگل (تعداد گروه ها و زنان سازماندهی شده) از معیار اجتماعیاقتصادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. برای بررسی ارزش آستانه و تاییدگرها، بررسی میدانی، نظرخواهی از مردم محلی در قالب ترکیب پرسش نامه و مصاحبه، توزیع پرسش نامه و مصاحبه با کارشناسان متخصص و بررسی اسناد سازمان های دست اندرکار مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج ارزش های آستانه برای شاخص نرخ معاش و درآمد جوامع محلی نشان داد که برای بهبود نرخ معاش خانوارهای کشاورز حداقل درآمد ماهیانه 20 میلیون ریال و برای خانوارهای دامدار حداقل درآمد ماهیانه 12 میلیون ریال نیاز است. برای جلب مشارکت جوامع محلی حداقل یک تعاونی متشکل از ترکیب مردان و زنان محلی و برای آگاه سازی و ترویج فرهنگ منابع طبیعی، برگزاری دو جلسه با حضور عموم مردم در سال به عنوان ارزش آستانۀ شاخص مشارکت جوامع محلی محسوب می شود.

sustainable forest management standards and measurement instruments subject and use them as the main tool is very important for monitoring and control in forest management. sustainable progress monitoring and measuring possible by tools and standards. tools and standards to help sustainable forest management can be more accurate and better information provided to forest managers and decisionmakers. sustainable forest management, including the different levels of tools and standards, criteria, indicators, confirming and reference value values. measurement data confirming called reference value method. reference values, a standard expression for the forestry action plan to help the indices. in this research, sustainable forest management standards and tools presented in the case study of kalgachi locally system. reduction in the number of forest offenses, rate of improved livelihood of forest dependent communities, grassroots participation and equity and forest dependent community rsquo;s involvement (numbers of organized groups and women) indicators of maintenance and development of socioeconomic functions and conditions were examined. confirming the reference value used to evaluate the monitoring field, the local people in the form of a combination of a questionnaire survey and interviews, distributed questionnaires and interviews with experts and organizations involved document review were used. the results of reference value of rate of improved livelihood of forest dependent communities rsquo; indicator showed the need to improve the livelihood of farmer households, households with monthly income of at least 20 million rials and animals, the monthly income of at least 12 million rials. the minimum contribution to the local community, a cooperative of local men and women combined, and for natural resources and promoting a culture of awareness, held two meetings with the public in the runup to local communities to participate as a value indicator.
