روایی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکردهای مصاحبه انگیزشی و ذهنی سازی در مورد اجتناب تجربه‌ای و حس عاملیت دانش ‌آموزان با ترومای کودکی

زمینه و هدف: تجربه هرگونه حادثه آسیب زا و تروماتیک در هر شکلی مثل سوءاستفاده عاطفی، سوءاستفاده جسمانی و فیزیکی، سوءاستفاده جنسی در دوران کودکی می‌تواند بهزیستی افراد را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین روایی بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر رویکردهای مصاحبه انگیزشی و ذهنی‌سازی به منظور اثربخشی آن بر اجتناب تجربه‌ای و حس عاملیت دانش‌آموزان با ترومای کودکی انجام شد. روش و مواد: این مطالعه با مشارکت پنج نفر دکترای تخصصی روانشناسی انجام گرفت. بسته آموزشی گروهی مبتنی بر مصاحبه انگیزشی و ذهنی‌سازی با برگزاری 11 جلسه و براساس، منابع و اصول مشترک روش‌های آموزشی و درمانی مبتنی بر مصاحبه انگیزشی و ذهنی‌سازی تدوین شد. روایی محتوا، با استفاده از پرسشنامه 33 سوالی به دست آمد. یافته ها: روایی صوری بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مصاحبه‌انگیزشی و ذهنی‌سازی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. نسبت روایی محتوا برای تمام جلسه‌های آموزش به جز جلسه دوم، پنجم و دهم بالاتر از 0.99 و مورد تایید بود. همچنین شاخص روایی محتوا تمام 33 سوال بالاتر از 0.79 است. نتیجه‌گیری: مطالعه نشان داد که بسته آموزشی مبتنی بر مصاحبه انگیزشی و ذهنی‌سازی از نظر متخصصین در دو بعد صوری و محتوایی از روایی مطلوب برخوردار است.

determining the validity of the educational package based on motivational interviewing and mentalization approaches for experiential avoidance and sense of agency of students with childhood trauma

background and objective: experiencing any traumatic event in any form such as emotional abuse,physical and physical abuse, sexual abuse in childhood can affect people's well-being. the aim of this studyis to determine the validity of the educational package based on motivational interviewing and mentalizingapproaches in order to achieve its effectiveness on experiential avoidance and the sense of agency ofstudents with childhood trauma.materials and methods: this study was carried out with the participation of five specialized phds inpsychology. a group training package based on motivational interviewing and mentalization was developedby holding 11 sessions and based on references and principles of educational and therapeutic methods basedon motivational interviewing and mentalization. content validity was obtained using a 33-questionquestionnaire.results: the face validity of the educational package based on motivational interviewing and mentalizationwas confirmed. the content validity ratio for all training sessions except the second, fifth and tenth sessionwas higher than 0.99 and approved. also, the content validity index of all 33 questions is higher than 0.79.conclusion: the educational package based on motivational interviewing and mentalization has favorable validity in terms of both form and content dimensions.
