بررسی تطبیقی آموزش‌های بین‌رشته‌ای درکاریکولوم‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران

زمینه و هدف: موضوع آموزش مهارت‌های بین‌رشته‌ای در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی توجه زیادی را در دهه‌های اخیر به خود جلب کرده است. در حال حاضر، مطالعات معدودی در زمینه آموزش مهارت‌های بین‌رشته‌ای (بین‌حرفه‌ای) در ایران انجام گرفته است، به‌همین دلیل هدف مطالعه حاضر، ارزیابی میزان پرداختن به آموزش‌های بین‌رشته‌ای درکاریکولوم‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران بود. روش و مواد: این مطالعه تطبیقی به صورت نظام‌مند، میزان پرداخت به موضوع آموزش‌های بین‌رشته‌ای را در سرفصل‌های آموزشی کاریکولوم‌های علوم پزشکی ایران بررسی کرده است. شصت و چهار کاریکولوم به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب و با استفاده از یک چک لیست شامل محورهای اصلی، حیطه‌ها و اجزای زیرحیطه ها بررسی شدند. وضعیت 22 جزء، در یک مقیاس چهار درجه‌ای با استفاده از میزان میانگین به‌دست آمده تعیین شد. یافته ها: در بین 22 جزء بررسی شده، سه موضوع مهارت‌های پژوهشی، ارتقای سلامت و بکارگیری تکنولوژی‌های جدید بالاترین نمرات را به دست آوردند. از طرف دیگر، سه موضوع، مهارت‌های مدیریتی، موضوعات قانونی و کار با سازمان‌های بیمه پایین‌ترین نمرات را داشتند. نتیجه‌گیری: واضح‌ترین یافته این مطالعه، وضعیت نامطلوب پرداختن به موضوع آموزش‌های بین‌رشته‌ای در کاریکولوم‌های دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران می‌باشد. این نتایج، دیدگاه روشنی به سیاست گذاران حوزه آموزش پزشکی ارائه می دهد تا توجه خاص به موضوع مهارت‌های بین‌رشته‌ای در زمان بازنگری کاریکولوم‌های پیشین و تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی جدید داشته باشند.

evaluating interprofessional learning curriculum in medical science universities of iran: a comparative study

background and objective: the issue of interdisciplinary skills training in medical sciences universities has attracted a lot of attention in recent decades. since few studies in this field have been conducted in iran, this study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the extent of interdisciplinary training in the educational curricula of iranian universities of medical sciences. materials and methods: this comparative study systematically assessed the educational topics of medical sciences curricula in iran. the number of 64 curricula was randomly selected and checked using a checklist including the main categories, subcategories and their components. the status of 22 components was determined on a four-point scale using the mean value. results: among the 22 assessment components, three topics of research skills, health promotion and use of new technologies achieved the highest scores. on the other hand, three topics of management skills, legal issues” and working with insurance organizations achieve the lowest scores. conclusion: the study showed the situation of the issue of interdisciplinary education in the curricula of iranian universities of medical sciences was not favourable. these results provide a clear perspective to policymakers in the field of medical education to pay special attention to the issue of interdisciplinary skills when revising curricula and developing new educational programs.
