طراحی برنامه آموزش به مادر و خانواده دارای کودک بیمار در بیمارستان کودکان مفید

زمینه و هدف: بیماری کودک موجب ناراحتی و اضطراب مادر و اعضای خانواده می شود. اگر مادر از نظر جسمی، روحی روانی آسیب ببیند، کودک بیمار و سایر کودکان نیز آسیب خواهند دید. ولی چنان چه مادر و اعضای خانواده آموزش ببینند موجب مشارکت فعال آنها در درمان کودکان بیمار، ارتقاء سطح سلامت خانواده ها، کاهش اضطراب و تسکین آنها، کاهش هدر رفت زمان و هزینه ها می شود. همچنین فرصت آموزش به کارکنان سلامت، دستیاران، دانشجویان پزشکی و پرستاری را فراهم نماید.روش و مواد: ابتدا کمیته راهبردی در بیمارستان تشکیل خواهد شد. سپس ذینفعان شناسایی شده و با جلسات بارش افکار، بحث متمرکز گروهی یا دلفی به اجماع نظرات در مورد اجرای برنامه خواهد رسید. در مرحله بعد نیازهای آموزشی و محتوی آموزشی اولین بیماری نمونه اولویت دار تعیین خواهد شد. آموزش ها توسط همه کارکنان در بیمارستان و با سطح بندی خواهد بود. در نهایت برنامه ارزشیابی شده و بعد از بازنگری به سایر بیماری ها در سطح بیمارستان گسترش پیدا خواهد کرد.
