تجارب ماماها در مراقبت اززنان باردار مبتلا به کووید-19 : مطالعه کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوا

مقدمه: در زمان شیوع بیماری‌های عفونی از جمله کووید-19، کادر درمان، از جمله ماماها به عنوان خط مقدم مقابله با ویروس کرونا، در خطر مواجهه بیشتر با بیماری و تنش و فشار روانی ناشی از تغییرات محیط کار قرار دارند که می‌تواند بر نحوه و کیفیت ارائه خدمات تاثیرگذارباشد. لذا، این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجارب ماماها در مراقبت از مادران باردار مبتلا به کووید-19 انجام‌شد.روش: این مطالعه کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته با 16 مامای شاغل در مراکز بهداشتی و بیمارستان تابع دانشکده علوم پزشکی شوشتر از شهریور تا دی 1401 انجام‌شد. نمونه‌گیری هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع ممکن به‌کارگرفته‌شد و تا اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا طبق الگوی کلارک و براون به‌طور همزمان با نرم‌افزار maxqda نسخه 20 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته‎ها: با تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها 3 درونمایه، 7 طبقه اصلی و 30 زیر طبقه  استخراج‌شد.دورنمایه‌ها شامل: التزام به اخلاق حرفه‌ای، چالش‌های پرسنل و چالش‌های بیماران، مراجعین و همراهان می‌باشند.نتیجه‎گیری: ارائه خدمات به مادران باردار بویژه در شرایط خاص و بحرانی همه‌گیری بیماری‌ها دارای حساسیت و پیچیدگی‌های ویژه‌ای می‌باشد. تامین زیر ساخت‌های متناسب با شرایط موجود از جمله تامین نیروی انسانی کافی، تامین تجهیزات و امکانات مورد نیاز و حمایت روانی و انگیزشی از ماماها به منظور ارتقاء مدیریت کیفی، با هدف ایجاد کمترین اثرات و پیامدهای نامطلوب برای مادر، جنین و ماماهای ارائه‌دهنده خدمات ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

midwives' experiences caring for pregnant women with covid-19: a qualitative study with a content analysis approach

introduction: changes in the work environment conditions during the outbreak of infectious diseases, including covid-19, cause an increase in tension and psychological pressure and change the quality-of-service delivery. therefore, this study was conducted to explain the experiences of midwives in caring for pregnant mothers with covid-19 and to identify the experiences and care concerns of midwives during the covid-19 epidemic.methods: this qualitative study was conducted in a hospital and comprehensive health center in shuoshtar from september to december 2021. the sampling method used was purposive sampling considering the maximum possible diversity, which continued until data saturation. there were 16 in-depth and semi-structured interviews with midwives. data were analyzed using content analysis based on the clark and brown model simultaneously by maxqda version 20 software.  results: by analyzing the data, 3 themes, 7 main categories, and 30 subcategories were extracted. the themes are commitment to professional ethics, challenges of personnel, and challenges of patients, clients, and companions.conclusion: providing services to pregnant mothers, especially in special and critical conditions of disease epidemics, has special sensitivity and complications. therefore, the provision of infrastructure appropriate to the existing conditions, including the provision of sufficient human resources, equipment, and facilities, and the psychological and motivational support of midwives in order to promote quality management, with the aim of creating the least adverse effects and consequences for the mother, fetus, and midwives, seems essential.
