بررسی کار تیمی و برخی عوامل مرتبط به آن در پرستاران

مقدمه: کار تیمی یکی از اجزای حیاتی مسئولیت و نقش پرستاری در سیستم مراقبت و درمان بیماران بوده و یکی از توانایی‌هایی است که امروزه به شدت در عرصه حرفه‌ای پرستاری باارزش و مورد تاکید است. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان کار تیمی و  برخی عوامل مرتبط به آن در پرستاران صورت‌گرفت.روش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی توصیفی_تحلیلی است که در سال 1398 در بیمارستان‌های منتخب غرب استان اصفهان انجام‌شد. 181 نفر از پرستاران با فرمول کوکران به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس انتخاب‌شدند. ضمن رعایت ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت اﺧﻼﻗﯽ، داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی کار تیمی هوگل و گموئندن، جمع‌آوری‌شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن، من ویتنی و کای اسکوئر) با نرم افزار 24spss انجام‌شد.یافته‎ها: میانگین نمره کار تیمی پرستاران (16.22± 141.67) بود. همچنین بین میانگین نمره کار تیمی و سن پرستاران رابطه معنی‌داری وجودنداشت (0.05p>) و میانگین نمره کار تیمی پرستاران براساس سابقه‌کار تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان‌داد (0.05p<)، اما میانگین نمره کار تیمی پرستاران برحسب جنسیت، وضعیت تاهل، سطح تحصیلات، نوع بخش و نوع شیفت پرستاران تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (0.05p>).  نتیجه ‌گیری: باتوجه‌به نتایج مطالعه حاضر، میانگین نمره کار تیمی پرستاران مطلوب است. باتوجه‌به نقش کار تیمی بر بهبود و ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت، پیشنهادمی‌شود، بر اصول کار تیمی در محیط‌های بالینی تاکیدشود.

investigating teamwork and some related factors in nurses

introduction: teamwork is a crucial component of responsibility and the role of nursing in patient care and treatment. it is also one of the valuable abilities and is emphasized today in the professional field of nursing. therefore, this study aimed to determine the amount of teamwork and related factors related to nurses’ teamwork.methods: this study is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was conducted in 1398 selected hospitals in west isfahan province. one hundred eighty-one nurses were selected using cochran’s formula using a convenient sampling method. in addition to ethical considerations, data were collected using the standard hoegl and gemuenden team work questionnaire. data analysis was done using descriptive and inferential statistical tests with spss 24 software.results: the mean score of nurses’ teamwork was 141.67± 16.22. there was no significant relationship between teamwork and the age of the nurses(p>0.05), and the mean number of nurses based on work experience (p<0.05) showed a significant difference. nevertheless, the mean of the teamwork was not significantly different in terms of gender, marital status, education level, and type of nurse shift and department (p>0.05). conclusion: according to the results of this study, the mean teamwork of the nurses was desirable.  given the role of teamwork in improving and enhancing the quality of care, the principles of teamwork should be emphasized in clinical settings.
