بررسی رعایت اصول ایمنی حین ارائه مراقبت از کودکان توسط پرستاران بخش‌های کودکان مرکز آموزشی درمانی بعثت همدان

مقدمه:  ایمنی در بخش‌های کودکان از اهمیت ویژه‌ایی برخوردار است. لذا، سنجش دوره‌ای بررسی رعایت اصول ایمنی حین ارائه مراقبت از کودکان توسط پرستاران برای برنامه‌ریزی‌های آینده لازم است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان رعایت اصول ایمنی حین ارائه مراقبت از کودکان توسط پرستاران بخش‌های کودکان انجام‌شد.روش:  مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه‌ی مقطعی از نوع توصیفی_تحلیلی است. جامعه پژوهش آن رویه‌‌های پرستاری بود که توسط پرستاران شاغل در بخش‌های داخلی کودکان مرکز آموزشی_درمانی بعثت همدان در سال 1402 اجرا‌شد. نمونه‌های پژوهش شامل 375 رویه در شیفت‌های مختلف بین پرستاران بودند. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و چک‌لیست رعایت اصول ایمنی حین ارائه مراقبت از کودکان استفاده‌شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار spss و آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده‌شد.یافته‎ها:  میانگین سن پرستاران 6.48 ± 31.94 سال، میانگین سابقه‌کار 6.41 ± 9.67 و میانگین سابقه‌کار در بخش کودکان 5.72 ± 8.61 سال بود. میزان رعایت اصول ایمنی حین ارائه مراقبت از کودکان پرستاران در حیطه‌ی ارتباط پرستار (8.08 ± 63.14 ) پایین‌ترین حیطه و در رویه کاتترگذاری 6.53 ± 72.36 بالاترین حیطه بود.نتیجه‎گیری: وضعیت رعایت اصول ایمنی حین ارائه مراقبت از کودکان توسط پرستاران در سطح متوسطی قرار‌داشت. باتوجه به اهمیت موضوع باید برنامه‌ریزی و مداخلات اساسی برای ارتقای آن مخصوصا ارتباط پرستار با کودک، خانواده و همکاران انجام‌گیرد.

introduction: safety in pediatric departments is of paramount importance. therefore, periodic assessments of adherence to safety principles during child care by nurses are necessary for future planning. this study aimed to determine the level of adherence to safety principles by nurses in pediatric departments.methods: this cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical investigation. the research population consisted of nursing procedures conducted by nurses in the pediatric internal departments of the besat educational therapeutic center, hamedan, of 2023. the sample included 375 procedures across various nurse shifts. data were collected using a demographic information questionnaire and a checklist for adherence to safety principles during child care. data analysis was performed using spss software, along with descriptive and inferential statistical tests.results: the average age of the nurses was 31.94 ± 6.48 years, with an average work experience of 9.67 ± 6.41 years and an average tenure in pediatric departments of 8.61 ± 5.72 years. adherence to safety principles during child care was lowest in the domain of nurse communication (63.14 ± 8.08) and highest in catheterization procedures (72.36 ± 6.53).conclusion: the adherence of nurses to safety principles while providing care to children was at a moderate. given the importance of topic, planning, and fundamental interventions, especially to enhance nurse communication with children, families, and colleagues, should be implemented.
