بررسی عوامل موثر در استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی توسط اعضای هیات علمی بر اساس تئوری عمل منطقی

مقدمه: در چند سال اخیر و به ویژه با شروع همه گیری کووید 19، افزایش دسترسی به آموزش از راه دور در هر زمان و مکانی با صرفه جویی در هزینه های آن و بهبود مهارت های فنی در استفاده از تکنولوژی و ابزارها باعث شد تا شیوه آموزش یادگیری الکترونیکی افزایش بی‌سابقه ای بیابد. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی عوامل موثر در استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی براساس تئوری عمل منطقی می باشد. این تئوری یکی از بهترین مدل ها برای تئوری هایی است که در ارتباط با نگرش، رفتار و الگوهای روان شناختی پایه گذاری شده است که بیان میکند مهم ترین تعیین کننده رفتار فرد، قصد رفتاری است.روش: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی می باشد که جامعه آماری آن را 39 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نیشابور تشکیل داده اند. ابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسش نامه محقق‌ساخته بود.یافته‎ها: نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد بین ابعاد نگرش، هنجارهای انتزاعی، قصد رفتاری و رفتار با قصد استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی از سوی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نیشابور بر اساس تئوری عمل منطقی ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌دار وجود دارد.نتیجه‎گیری: در این پژوهش هدف دست یافتن به این مطلب بود که آیا اعضای هیات علمی تصمیم هایشان را در انتخاب استفاده از یادگیری الکترونیکی بر پایه معقول و منطقی اتخاذ می کنند و یا پیامد و نتایج حاصل از عملکرد خود را قبل از قصد و اتخاذ تصمیم در استفاده آن مورد توجه قرار می دهند یا خیر.

examining effective factors in faculty members' use of e-learning based on the theory of reasoned action

introduction: in recent years, especially with the onset of the covid-19 pandemic, access to distance learning has improved significantly. this improvements have been achieved through cost savings and enhanced technical skills in using technology and tools, leading to an unprecedented increase in the popularity of e-learning as a teaching method. the purpose of this study was to examine the factors that effectively influence the use of e-learning based on the theory of reasoned action. this theory is one of the most effective models of attitudes, behaviors, and psychological patterns. it is posited that the most important determinant of a person’s behavior is their behavioral intention.methods: this research is descriptive and the statistical population consists of 39 members of the academic staff of neyshabur university of medical sciences. the data collection tool was a researcher-designed questionnaire.results: the research results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of attitude, abstract norms, behavioral intention, and behavior with the intention to use e-learning by the faculty members of neishabur university of medical sciences based on the theory of reasoned action.conclusion: the aim of this study was to determine whether academic employees make decisions when deciding to use e-learning on an appropriate and justified basis and what the consequences and outcomes of their performance before the decision are whether they pay attention to its use or not.
