مقایسه اثر عصاره میوه گیاه ویتاگنوس با بروموکریپتین و داستینکس برسطح پرولاکتین و لیپیدهای سرمی تغییریافته در زنان مبتلا به هیپرپرولاکتینمی

مقدمههیپرپرولاکتینمی در زنان منجر به اختلال قاعدگی، آن اوولاسیون و آمنوره و کمبود پروژسترون پس از اوولاسیون می شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر عصاره گیاه ویتاگنوس برسطح پرولاکتین خون و مقایسه اثرات آن بر لیپیدهای سرمی تغییریافته در زنان هیپرپرولاکتینمیک با بروموکریپتین و داستینکس بود.مواد و روش هااز میان بیماران هیپرپرولاکتینمیک مراکز درمانی که در سن باروری بودند، 105 نفر به طور تصادفی به سه گروه تقسیم و در مدت تحقیق (4 سیکل)، تحت درمان با بروموکریپتین، داستینکس و ویتاگنوس قرار گرفتند. طی این مدت، غلظت سرمی پرولاکتین، کلسترول، ldl، hdl و تری گلیسیرید اندازه گیری شد.یافته هانتایج نشان داد که به غیر از بروموکریپتین در سایرگروه ها، در هر مرحله نسبت به مرحله قبل تفاوت آماری معنی داری در میزان پرولاکتین وجود داشت. در گروه بروموکریپتین از دو سیکل بعد از شروع درمان هر محله با مرحله قبل از درمان تفاوت معنی داری نشان داد (0.05

the effect of vitex agnus castus extract on blood level of prolactin, & compare of its effects on the lipids level with those of bromocriptine and dostinex in women with hyperprolactinemia

introductionhyperprolactinemia in women results in menstrual disorders, irregular ovulation, amenorrhea, and reduction of progesterone level after ovulation, due to corpus luteum failure. this study aimed at comparing the effect of vitagnus fruit extract on blood prolactin level and its effect on altered serum lipids in hyperprolactinemic women with bromocriptine and dustinex.materials and methodsamong the women with hyperprolactinemia referring to medical centers, 105 subjects were chosen and classified into 3 groups: bromocriptin dustinex and vitagnus. they were treated during (i.e. 4 cycles), and finally, the blood levels of prolactin, cholesterol, hdl, ldl, triglycerides were measured.resultsthe results showed that, except in bromocryptin, in other groups, there was a meaningful difference in each step compared to the earlier step in terms of prolactin level change.in the bromocryptin group, after two cycles of treatment, each step showed a meaningful difference from the earlier step (p<0.05). examination of cholesterol levels showed that the reduction of cholesterol levels in various cycles was meaningful. in dustinex group, there was observed meaningful difference in all steps except the final step of treatment. in the case of vitagnus, the impact of treatment was meaningful, except in the first step.the results showed that all drugs had a meaningful effect on ldl level, after the third stage. the increase in serum hdl level for vitagnus was more than other tablets in all stages.conclusionvitagnus decreases the prolactin level meaningfully, similar to bromocryptin and dustinx. also decreased cholesterol, ldl, and triglyceride, wherever increased hdl level.
