مراقبت بیمار محور با رویکرد منشور حقوق بیمار: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمهمراقبت بیمارمحور یکی از اولویت‌های مهم نظام سلامت در بهبود ایمنی و رضایت بیماران به‌شمار می‌رود اما در موارد بسیاری، طبق موازین منشور حقوق بیمار ارائه نمی‌گردد. از این‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل مراقبت بیمار محور با رویکرد منشور حقوق بیمار در بیمارستان‌های قطب یک وزارت بهداشت و درمان ایران انجام شد.مواد و روش هامطالعه حاضر با رویکرد کیفی انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان مشتمل بر 21 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان خبره، مدیران پرستاری مراکز آموزشی و درمانی بیمارستان های منتخب بودند. روش جمع آوری داده ها شامل مصاحبه عمیق بود. داده های حاصل به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد تحلیل واقع شدند.یافته هافرآیند تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در نهایت به پیدایش 6 درون‌مایه منجر شد. این درونمایه ها تحت عناوین مدیریت خدمات پرستاری، اطلاعات، تامین منابع و مراقبت، منشورحقوق بیمار، ایمنی بیمار و مراقبت معنوی معرفی شدند که هر کدام از آنها از طبقات، زیرطبقات و کدهای اولیه مستخرج گردیده که در متن مقاله به تفصیل شرح داده شده اند.نتیجه گیریتوجه به ابعاد مراقبت بیمارمحور و ضرورت اعتلای حقوق بیمار یکی از اولویت های سیستم ارائه دهنده خدمات مراقبت سلامت است. پیشنهاد می گردد که مدل مراقبت بیمار محور با رویکرد منشور حقوق بیمار به منظور ارائه هرچه بهتر خدمات مراقبت سلامت و جلب رضایت دریافت کنندگان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

patient-centered care with the patient rights charter approach: a qualitative study

introductionpatient-centered care is one of the major priorities of the health system to improve patient safety and satisfaction, but in many cases it is not provided in accordance with the patient rights charter. therefore, the present study aimed to design a patient-centered model of care with the approach of the charter of patient rights in arbitrary hospitals of the ministry of health of iran.materials and methodsthis study was a qualitative study. participants included 21 expert managers and nurses, nursing managers of educational hospitals and selected hospitals. the method of data collection was in-depth interviews. the data were analyzed by qualitative content analysis.resultsthe process of data analysis led to the emergence of 6 themes. these themes were titled with nursing services management, information, resource and care, patient charter, patient safety, and spiritual care, each of them derived from categories, subcategories, and primary codes, which are described in detail in the article.conclusionpaying attention to the dimensions of patient-centered care and the need to promote patient rights is one of the priorities of the health care system. it is recommended that the patient-centered model of care with the patient rights charter approach be used in order to provide better health care services and satisfy the patients.
