مقایسه اثربخشی درمان تلفیقی الکترومغناطیس با درمان شناختی رفتاری واحدپردازه‌ای بر نشانگان بالینی وسواس شست‌وشو

مقدمهاختلال وسواس فکری - عملی از اختلالات روانی است که تاثیر زیادی بر کیفیت زندگی و کاهش مقاومت فرد در برابر اختلال می گذارد؛ از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه میزان اثربخشی درمان الکترومغناطیس درمانی با درمان شناختی- رفتاری واحدپردازه ای بر نشانگان بالینی وسواس شست وشو انجام شد. مواد و روش ها پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون چهار گروهی با آزمون پیگیری بود. جامعۀ آماری، شامل کلیه زنان جوان مبتلا به وسواس شست وشو بود که طی سه ماهه نخست سال 1398 به مراکز مشاوره و روان شناختی شهر نیشابور مراجعه کرده بودند. از بین آن ها 80 نفر به تصادف انتخاب و پس از اجرای اولیۀ پیش آزمون پرسشنامه وسواس شست وشوی ییل براون، تعداد 60 نفر که دارای تراز متوسط اختلال بودند، انتخاب و به تصادف در چهار گروه (سه گروه آزمایشی و یک گروه کنترل) جایگزین شدند. داده ها از طریق تحلیل واریانس با اندازه گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی توکی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته هانتایج نشان داد هر سه روش مداخلاتی شناختی رفتاری واحدپردازه ای (0.05>p).، الکترومغناطیس درمانی و درمان تلفیقی به طور معناداری موجب کاهش نشانگان وسواس شست وشو شدند (0.05>p)؛ با این حال، درمان تلفیقی از میزان تاثیر بیشتری نسبت به سایر روش ها بر کاهش اختلال برخوردار بود (0.05>p).نتیجه گیریتلفیقی از درمان شناختی- رفتاری با الکترومغناطیس درمانی، می تواند به‌عنوان مداخله‌ای موثر در درمان نشانه های اختلال وسواسی- اجباری شست‌وشو پیشنهاد گردد.

comparison of effectiveness of integrated therapy of electromagnetic with modular cognitive behavioral therapy on clinical symptoms of obsessive washing disorder

introductionobsessive-compulsive disorder is one of the mental disorders that has a great impact on the quality of life and decreases a person’s resistance against disorder. therefore, the aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of electromagnetic therapy with modular cognitive-behavioral on the clinical syndrome of obsessive washing disorder.materials and methodsthe research was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test four groups with follow-up test. the statistical population was included of all young women with obsessive washing disorder who were referred to counseling and psychological centers in neyshabur during the first quarter of 1398. among them, 80 people were randomly selected and after the initial pre-test of the yale-brown obsessive-compulsive scale, 60 people with the medium level of disorder were selected and randomly assigned to four groups (three experimental and one control group). data were analyzed by anova with repeated measure and tukey post hoc test.resultsthe results showed that all three intervention methods of modular cognitive-behavioral therapy (p<0.05), electromagnetic therapy (p<0.05), and integrative therapy (p <0.05) significantly reduced the obsessive washing disorder. however, integrative therapy was more effective than other interventions on reducing this disorder (p<0.05).  conclusionbased on the results, integration of cognitive-behavioral therapy with electromagnetic therapy can be suggested as an effective intervention in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder symptoms.
