ارزش تشخیصی و اعتبار افتراقی مقیاس درجه‌بندی وندر - یوتا در شناسایی سنجه‌های مقیاس درجه‌بندی اختلال نقص توجه / بیش‌فعالی بزرگسالان کانرز در نمونه‌ای از سارقان و افراد عادی

مقدمهاختلال نقص توجه / بیش فعالی (adhd) می تواند به رفتارهای پرخطر بیانجامد و به‌کارگیری ابزاری که از توان تشخیصی مناسبی برای گزینش علائم adhd در جمعیت‌های بزهکار برخوردار باشد، امری اجتناب ناپذیر است. ازاین‌رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارزش تشخیصی و اعتبار افتراقی مقیاس درجه بندی وندر-یوتا (25-wurs) در گروهی از سارقان واجد و فاقد نشانه شناسی adhd و افراد عادی با فقدان قطعی تشخیص adhd براساس مقیاس درجه بندی adhd بزرگسالان کانرز بود.مواد و روش ها در یک مطالعه اعتبارسنجی در زندان مرکزی رشت در سال 1395-1394، 100 زندانی مرتکب سرقت و 70 فرد عادی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارها شامل 25-wurs، مقیاس درجه بندی adhd بزرگسالان کانرز، مقیاس سازگاری اجتماعی و پرسشنامه استرس ادراک شده بود. داده ها با استفاده از تحلیل تمیز، آزمون کای اسکوئر، تحلیل واریانس / کواریانس چندمتغیره و تک متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی حداقل تفاوت معنی دار فیشر تحلیل شدند.یافته هاتحلیل تمیز نشان داد که 25-wurs توانست علائم adhd سه گروه از سارقان واجد و فاقد نشانه شناسی و افراد عادی را از یکدیگر تشخیص دهد و صحت طبقه‌بندی کلی آن معادل 64.1% می باشد؛ هر چند بخش عمده ای از سارقان فاقد نشانه شناسی را نادیده گرفت. پس از تحلیل های کنترل شده، میانگین نمرات مولفه های‌ سازگاری اجتماعی در سارقان واجد، نسبت‌ به سایر گروه ها و برای استرس در سارقان واجد، نسبت ‌به افراد عادی با احتساب نقاط‌برش 36، 39 و 46 به‌طورمعنی‌داری بیشتر بود.نتیجه گیری25-wurs عملکرد گزینشی قابل‌قبولی در سارقان واجد نشانه شناسی adhd دارد. ازاین‌رو می‌تواند در شناسایی افراد مستعد اختلال و سنجش‌ پیامد مداخلات درمانی در جمعیت های بزهکار ‌به‌کار رود.

diagnostic value and discriminant validity of the wender-utah rating scale for the identification of conner's adult attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder rating scale measurements in a sample of thieves and normal people

introductionattention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder (adhd) can lead to high-risk behaviors, and the use of a tool that is capable of diagnosing adhd symptoms in delinquent populations is inevitable. therefore, the purpose of the present study was to investigate the diagnostic value and discriminant validity of the wender-utah rating scale (wurs-25) in a group of thieves with and without adhd symptomology and normal individuals with a definite lack of adhd diagnosis based on conner’s adult adhd rating scale.materials and methodsin a validation study in rasht central prison, in 2015-2016, 100 prisoners committed theft, and 70 normal individuals were selected as the sample. tools included wurs-25, conner’s adult adhd rating scale, social adjustment scale, and perceived stress questionnaire. data were analyzed using discriminant analysis, chi-square test, multivariate and univariate analysis of variance/covariance, and fisher’s least significant difference test.resultsdiscriminant analysis showed that wurs-25 could distinguish symptoms of adhd in three groups of thieves with and without adhd symptomology and normal individuals from each other, and its overall classification accuracy is equal to 64.1%; although a large proportion of thieves without symptomology were ignored. also, after controlled analyzes, the mean of scores social adjustment components was significantly greater in thieves with symptomology than in other groups, and for stress in thieves with symptomology than in normal individuals, with considering cut-off points of 36, 39 and 46.conclusionwurs-25 has an acceptable screening performance in thieves with adhd symptomology therefore, it can be used to identify susceptible individuals and evaluate the outcome of therapeutic interventions in delinquent populations.
