مرور ساختار یافته و معرفی سیستم واژه شناسی داروییndf-rt

مقدمه: گسترش فهرست واژگان، یکی از ضروریات تبادل اطلاعات در سیستم های اطلاعات سلامت محسوب می شوند. یک دسته از این فـهرست ها، فـهرست واژگان دارویی می باشد. این مـطالعه ضمن مـرور ساختار یافته یکی از سیستم های طبقه بندی داروهـا به نام (national drug filereference terminology) ndfrt به معرفی و تشریح کاربرد های آن می پردازد. روش: این پژوهش، به دو روش مرور ساختار یافته برای شناسایی مطالعات مربوط به کاربردهایndfrt و مرور غیرساختار یافته برای معرفی آن انجام شده است. جستجوی مطالعات با مراجعه به پایگاه های pubmed و google scholar انجام شده است. در مطالعه مروری ساختار یافته مشخصات مقالات همچون موضوع، وابستگی نویسندگان، سال انتشار، نام نشریه و کاربرد ndfrt، استخراج گردیده و با استفاده از نرم افزار اکسل 2010 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: سیستم طبقه بندیndfrt، داروها را براساس ساختار، مواد تشکیل دهنده و اثرات فیزیولوژیک آن، طبقه بندی می نماید. در مطالعه ساختار یافته، 13 مقاله بازیابی گردید که 9 مقاله به ارزیابی سیستمndfrt در رابطه با قابلیت استفاده و اجرای سیستم در محیط های مختلف بهداشتی و درمانی، ارتباط تشخیص ها با داروها و صحت طبقه بندی داروها پرداخته اند.نتیجه گیری: فهرست واژگان داروییndfrt یکی از جامع ترین سیستم های واژه شناسی در زمینه طـبقه بندی داروهـا می باشد که می تواند در استانداردسازی اطلاعات دارویی در سیستم های اطلاعات سلامت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

A Systematic Review and the Overview of a Drug Terminological System NDF-RT

Introduction: The development of terminological systems is one of the requirements of the exchange of information in health information systems. A group of these terminological systems is drug terminology. In this study, we reviewed and introduced one of the drug terminological systems called NDFRT's (National Drug FileReference Terminology) and explained its applications systematically.Method: This research has been done using two methods: a systematic review to identify studies concerning the application of NDFRT and a nonsystematic review to introduce this system. Articles were searched in Pub Med and Google Scholar databases. In the systematic review, the papers information including title, author's affiliation, year of publication, journal's name, and application of NDFRT, were extracted and analyzed using Microsoft excel 2010.Results: NDFRT classification system classifies drugs based on their structure, ingredients, and their physiologic effects. In our systematic review, thirteen papers were retrieved, nine of which have evaluated NDFRT system for usability and deployment of the system in health care environments, diagnosis and drug relationships, and accuracy of drugs classification.Conclusion: NDFRT drug terminology is one of the most comprehensive terminological systems for the classification of drugs which can be used for drugs information standardization in health information systems.
