استفاده از فناوری شناسایی به وسیله فرکانس رادیویی (rfid) در حرفه پرستاری

مقدمه: در سال های اخیر، استفاده از فناوری شناسایی به وسیله فرکانس رادیویی در بهداشت و درمان، به یکی از برنامه های کاربردی اصلی تبدیل شده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی استفاده از فناوری rfid در حرفه پرستاری می باشد.روش: مطالعه حاضر مروری حکایتی از شواهد است که در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی magiran ،sid ، iranmedex، irandoc emerald، web of sciences، cinahl، ebsco،pubmed با کلید واژه های nursing rfid ، practice، health care پرستاری، آر اف آی دی، بهداشت و درمان، در سال 1394 مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. از 68 مقاله و چکیده مقاله به دست آمده، نهایتاً 14 مقاله بدون در نظر گرفتن محدودیت زمانی بررسی شدند.نتایج: از این تکنولوژی در شناسایی بیماران، کارکنان، ردیابی تجهیزات و وسایل پزشکی استفاده می گردد. همچنین می توان در مراقبت از بیماران شامل: کنترل سرم تراپی و ترانسفوزیون خون، دستیابی سریع به اطلاعات بیمار و پایش علایم حیاتی وی، ایمنی دارویی و کنترل خطاهای انسانی در دارو درمانی سود برد. همچنین در خصوص کنترل بیمار در تخت بستری جهت آگاهی از سقوط بیمار از روی تخت، بی حرکتی طولانی مدت و نیز حرکات تشنجی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. نتیجه گیری: تکنولوژی rfid در پرستاری کاربردهای فراوان دارد و با مزایا و محدودیت هایی همراه است. استفاده از این تکنولوژی باعث کاهش هزینه ها، صرفه جویی در زمان، دستیابی به اطلاعات زیاد در کمترین زمان ممکن می گردد. از طرفی هزینه اجرای بالا، کاهش امنیت و حریم خصوصی بیماران و کارکنان، پذیرش تکنولوژی توسط کارکنان و زمان بر بودن اجرای آن از موانع و محدودیت های استفاده از این تکنولوژی می باشد.

Using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in Nursing Practice: A Review of Literature

Introduction: In recent years, using Radiofrequency identification (RFID) technology in healthcare has become one of the main applications. The aim of this study is to review the literature of RFID usage in nursing practice.Method: This is a narrative review of the literature which was performed with an electronic search for published papers in English and Persian language in PubMed, EBSCO, CINAHL, Web of Science, Emerald, SID, Magiran, and Irandoc databases in 2015. English and Persian keywords of nursing , nursing practice , RFID , healthcare with Boolean functions were used to search the papers. Out of 68 papers, 14 ones were included in the study for review without any time restriction.Results: RFID can be used for patient and staff identification and equipment detection. It can also be used in patient care including: control of serum therapy and blood transfusion, rapid access to patient information, control of vital sign, drug safety, and control of human errors in medication. Also, control of patient status in bed is another application of RFID.Conclusion: The use of RFID technology in nursing has a vast field of application,and it is associated with advantages and limitations. Use of this technology leads to the reductionof costs, save of time, and access to more information in short time. On the other hand, high implementation costs, reduction in the security and privacy of patients and staff, the adoption of technology by staff, and timeconsumingness of implementation are the restriction of the RFID in hospitals.
