نیاز سنجی و تعیین اولویت بیمارستان‌های آموزشی کرمان در خصوص پیاده‌سازی فناوری Rfid

مقدمه: فناوری شناسایی به کمک امواج رادیویی (rfid) یکی از دستاوردهای فناوری اطلاعات می باشد که می تواند به صورت همزمان کار مدیریت اطلاعات، احراز هویت و ردیابی را به طور کامل مورد پوشش قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر برآن است تا به نیازسنجی و تعیین اولویت بیمارستان های آموزشی کرمان در خصوص پیاده سازی فناوری rfid بپردازد.روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود که به صورت کمی در سال 1394 در شش بخش بیمارستان های آموزشی کرمان، انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ای بود که برای هر بخش به طور مجزا طراحی شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss نسخه 20 استفاده شد.نتایج: یافته های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که بخش اورژانس بیشترین ضرورت پیاده سازی فناوری rfid را بر اساس وضعیت عملکردی این بخش در بیمارستان های مورد مطالعه داشت. همچنین، از دیدگاه افراد مورد مطالعه، اولویت پیاده سازی rfid به ترتیب در بخش های اورژانس، تجهیزات پزشکی بیشتر از سایر بخش ها بود.نتیجه گیری: از آنجایی که بخش های مورد بررسی در بیمارستان های آموزشی کرمان دارای مشکلات بسیاری بودند و تداوم در وقوع هر کدام از این مشکلات می تواند موجب ناکارآمدی فعالیت های بیمارستان ها، افزایش هزینه ها و در نهایت به خطر افتادن جان بیماران شود، بنابراین پیاده سازی سیستم rfid جهت رفع این مشکلات، ضروری می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت زمان در بخش اورژانس و نیز بررسی دیدگاه پرسنل مورد مطالعه، بخش اورژانس بیشترین نیاز جهت پیاده سازی فناوری rfid را دارا بود.

Need and Priority Assessment of Kerman's Teaching Hospitals to Implementation of RFID Technology

Introduction: Radio frequency identification technology (RFID) is one of the information technology achievements that can simultaneously cover the information management, authentication, and tracking. This study is intended to determine the needs and priority assessment of Kerman's teaching hospitals to implement RFID technology.Method: This study was a crosssectional and quantitative one carried out in six wards of teaching hospitals in Kerman city in 2015. The data collection tool was a questionnaire that was separately designed for each ward. SPSS software version 20 was used for data analysis.Results: The results showed that the emergency department, based on its functional status, had the most urgent need to implement RFID technology. Also, from the perspective of the study subjects, the priority of RFID implementation respectively in emergency departments and medical equipment was more than other wards.Conclusion: Since the studied wards of Kerman teaching hospitals have a lot of problems, and prevalence of any of these problems can lead to ineffectiveness of activity in hospitals, increase in costs, and ultimately endangering the lives of patients, implementation RFID system is essential to solve these problems. Considering the importance of time in the emergency department and also given the studied personnel point of view, emergency department had the greatest need to RFID Implementation technology.
