رضایت‌مندی مدیران و کارشناسان دانشکده‌ علوم پزشکی آبادان در توسعه بهره‌مندی از کامپیوتر و اینترنت

مقدمه: بهره مندی از فن آوری اطلاعاتی یکی از عوامل مهم توسعه و بهبود عملکرد سازمان ها محسوب می شود. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین سطح رضایت مندی مدیران و کارشناسان دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان در توسعه بهره مندی از کامپیوتر و اینترنت انجام گرفت.روش: این مطالعه مقطعی در شهریورماه 1393 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش مدیران و کارشناسان دانشکده علوم پزشکی آبادان بودند که به صورت سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه خود ساخته شامل متغیرهای فردی با 8 سوال و متغیرهای وابسته با 15 سوال در مقیاس دو گزینه ای کافمن و 5 رتبه ای لیکرت بود که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده های جمع آوری شده در نرم افزار spss نسخه 18 در سطح معنی داری 0/05>p تحلیل شدند.نتایج: از بین 139 مدیر و کارشناس مطالعه شده، 102 نفر (75%) در اتاق کار خود به کامپیوتر سالم و 77 نفر(75/5%) به اینترنت دسترسی داشتند که سطح رضایت از سرعت اینترنت از 5 نمره، 1/1±2/6 و از کیفیت برخورداری 1/0 ±2/7 بود. 57 نفر(41%) به شبکه اتوماسیون متصل بودند که سطح رضایت از سرعت اتوماسیون، 1/0 ±3/2، از کیفیت برخورداری 0/8 ±3/2، عدم پیچیدگی انجام کار 0/9 ±3/1، امنیت محرمانه بودن اطلاعات 1/1 ±3/3، قابلیت سیستم کامپیوتر مورد استفاده 0/8 ±2/7 بود. بین سطح تحصیلات و سطح رضایت از سرعت اینترنت، کیفیت برخورداری از اینترنت و سرعت اتوماسیون رابطه معنی دار وجود داشت (0/05>p).نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که میزان رضایت بهره مندی از کامپیوتر و اینترنت در سطح متوسط بود، پیشنهاد می گردد واحد it دانشکده نسبت به توسعه بیشتر بهره مندی از کامپیوتر و اینترنت برنامه های مداخله ای طراحی و اجرا نماید.

Access and Satisfaction of Managers and Experts of Abadan Medical School in Capacity Utilization from Computer and the Internet

Introduction: Information technology (IT) utilization is one of the important factors of improving organizational performance. This study aimed to determine the access and satisfaction level of managers and experts of Abadan Medical School incapacity utilization of computer and the internet.Method: This crosssectional study was conducted in 2014. Community of this research was all managers and experts of Abadan Medical School that was chosen by census. The data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire containing demographics (8 questions) and dependent variables (15 questions) the validity and reliability of which was confirmed. Data was analyzed by SPSS version 18 (P<0.05).Results: From the 139 managers and experts who were studied, 102 persons (75%) had computers in their offices and 77 persons (75/5%). had access to internet that satisfaction level of internet speed and quality of enjoyment was 2/6 ±1/1, 2/7 ±1/0. 57 persons (41%) were connected to the automation network that satisfaction level of automation speed, quality of enjoyment, lack of complexity, confidentiality of information security, and the capability of computer was 3/2 ±1/0, 3/2 ±0/8, 3/1 ±0/9, 3/3 ±1/1, and 2/7 ±0/8. There was a significant relationship between education level and satisfaction level of internet speed, quality of enjoyment, and automation speed (P>0.05).Conclusion: The results of this study showed that access and satisfaction level were intermediate. It is suggested that designing and implementing intervention programs are necessary for capacity utilization of the computer and the internet by the IT department.
