ارزیابی عملکرد سامانه یکپارچه بهداشت در کیفیت ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی از دیدگاه بهورزان و مراقبین سلامت در سراسر ایران سال 1399

مقدمه: سامانه یکپارچه بهداشت (سیب) یک سامانه طراحی‌ شده درباره سوابق الکترونیک سلامت افراد می‌باشد که با هدف بهینه‌سازی اطلاعات و ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی و درمانی ایجاد شده است. با توجه به شیوع بیماری کووید19 و اهمیت یافتن پرونده الکترونیک سلامت، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی عملکرد آیتم‌های سامانه سیب و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت این سامانه صورت گرفت.روش: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی است که در زمستان 1399 انجام شد. افراد مورد مطالعه 166 نفر از بهورزان و مراقبین سلامت در سراسر کشور بودند. پرسشنامه محقق ‌ساخته در مقیاس لیکرت پنج‌ گزینه‌‌ای، به‌ صورت آنلاین و در دسترس در اختیار افراد قرار گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند انجام شد و سپس داده‌ها توسط محقق وارد نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 26 شدند و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و همچنین آزمون‌های کای‌اسکوئر، تی مستقل و ضریب همبستگی در جهت اقدام آزمون فرضیه مشخص در مورد توزیع یک متغیر، تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.نتایج: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد، کیفیت ثبت واکسیناسیون و گزارش آن به عنوان بهترین عملکرد سامانه سیب محسوب می‌شود. نحوه عملکرد ورود و خروج افراد تحت پوشش، ضعیف‌ترین بخش سامانه سیب بود. بین ثبت واکسیناسیون و جنسیت افراد (0/014= p)، ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری وجود داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، عملکرد سامانه سیب در ارائه مراقبت‌های بهداشتی متوسط تا خوب بود. نتایج این مطالعه می‌تواند، طراحان سامانه سیب را نسبت به بهبود نقاط ضعف در سامانه سیب با قابلیت‌های موجود موردتوجه قرار دهد.

Evaluating the Performance of the Integrated Health System in the Quality of Health Care Delivery from the Viewpoint of Health Workers and Health Care Providers throughout Iran in 2020

Introduction: The Integrated Health System SIB is a system designed for electronic health records developed with the objective of information optimization and providing health care. Due to the outbreak of COVID19 disease and the importance of the electronic health records, the present study aimed to investigate the performance of the shortcomings of SIB and identify the strengths and weaknesses of this system.Method: The present study was a descriptive crosssectional one conducted in the Spring of 2020. A total of 166 health workers and health care providers throughout Iran participated in this study. A researchermade questionnaire with a fivepoint Likert scale was made available online to individuals. Sampling was done purposively and then the data were entered into SPSS Software (version 26) by the researcher and analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as chisquare test, independent ttest, and correlation coefficient to test a specific hypothesis about the distribution of a variable.Results: The results of the present study showed that the quality of vaccination registration and its reporting is considered as the best performance of the SIB system. The performance of the entry and exit of the covered people was the weakest part of the SIB system. There was a statistically significant relationship between vaccination registration and gender (pvalue = 0.014).Conclusion: The Findings of this study revealed that the performance of the SIB system in providing health care was evaluated as moderate to good. The results of this study can help system developers to improve the weaknesses of the SIB system in accordance with the existing capabilities.
