بررسی وضعیت امنیت سیستم‌های ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر (pacs) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان جهت ثبت داده‌های بیماران covid-19

مقدمه: امروزه استفاده از سیستم ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی (pacs) در مراکز درمانی روز به روز در حال افزایش است. در این بین امنیت داده‌های بیماران مبتلا به covid19 در این سیستم و کنترل دسترسی به این داده‌ها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این مطالعه به ارزیابی وضعیت امنیت سیستم‌های ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی جهت ثبت داده‌های بیماران covid19 در مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان پرداخته شد.روش: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که در سال 1399 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش مسئولین فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان بودند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از چک ‌لیست ihs hipaa security checklist برای سه نوع سیستم pacs در 12مرکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 24 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون رگرسیون خطی برای سنجش ارتباط بین ابعاد مدیریتی، فیزیکی و فنی سیستم تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.نتایج: در این مطالعه 50% از شرکت‌کنندگان زن و 58% از آنان دارای سابقه کار بالای 5 سال بودند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بیشترین چالش در بعد فنی و کمترین چالش در بعد فیزیکی بود. بین ابعاد مدیریتی و فیزیکی (0/05>p) ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت.نتیجه‌گیری: وضعیت امنیت در سیستم‌های pacs دارای نقاط ضعفی است که برنامه‌ریزی جهت تدوین قوانین لازم پیرامون امنیت دسترسی به داده‌های بیماران مبتلا به covid19 و رعایت آن توسط شرکت‌های پشتیبان سیستم‌، آموزش کاربران، کنترل دسترسی و مدیریت خطر لازم و ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Assessing the Security Status of Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) of Kerman University of Medical Sciences to Record Data of COVID-19 Patients

Introduction: Today, the use of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in health care centers is increasing. Meanwhile, the security of data of patients with COVID19 in this system and control of access to such data is considerably significant. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the security of medical picture archiving and communication systems for recording data of COVID19 patients in health care centers affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences.Method: The present study was a crosssectional one conducted in 2020. The research population included information technology staff in health care centers affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using IHS HIPAA Security Checklist for three types of PACS systems in 12 health care centers of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Data were analyzed via SPSS software version 24 using descriptive statistics and linear regression to measure the relationship between administrative, physical, and technical dimensions of the system.Results: In this study, 50% of the participants were female and 58% of them had more than 5 years of work experience. The results of the present study showed that the most significant challenge in the security of PACS systems was in the technical dimension and the least significant was in the physical dimension. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between administrative and physical dimensions (P <0.05).Conclusion: The security status of PACS has weaknesses and it seems necessary to plan so as to develop the necessary laws regarding the security of access to data of patients with COVID19 and its observance by system support companies, user training, access control, and risk management.
